Sir Toby Moore is finally brought to trial after having run out of stalling tactics, but SVU faces challenges brought forward by past cases. Tamin meets with transgender prostitute/escort Lakira Beca again, who informs her that Defense Attorney Paul Davies has once again raped a transgender woman. While this is happening, Rollins reunites with Troubled Teen Ivy Bucci (daughter of Frank Bucci), and Fin fatally shoots a father who had been attempting to murder his wife and son.
