The next day, Nora, Fran, and Moriarty enter a small room with several TV screens and Moriarty explains they will monitor Nora's progress in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon from here. Moriarty has a Command Seal, a tattoo on his hand. Nora already forgot about those so he explains what they do again. Round One of the Grand Order is about to start, so Nora steps on a magical circle to be teleported to the Gardens.
Nora finds herself in a hallway and Moriarty reveals he can communicate with her telepathically. Nora says she thought this place was a garden. Moriarty explains it is a mobile fortress but it has a garden somewhere. He tells her to get ready as the other fighters have arrived. She hears an explosion and moves towards it. Fran asks her father what his wish will be, and he says he wants to humiliate his rival Sherlock Holmes by giving him a test with the condition that if he gets even one question wrong, he'll have to forfeit his title and position to him. He gives an Evil Laugh that creeps Fran out, then Nora embarrasses him by pointing out she can hear everything he's saying.
Nora exits the hallway into a stone arena to find the two Tamamo sisters battling. Tamamo no Mae wears a black dress with a yellow ribbon and Tamamo Cat wears a maid outfit. Tamamo no Mae complains that her sister was the reason why she couldn't wear her dress to the event last night, but now she will have her revenge. Moriarty tells Nora to take out Tamamo no Mae first before focusing on Cat, seeing the Caster as the greater threat. Nora attacks Tamamo no Mae from behind with her Skewered Plasma Blade, but she dodges it. The Caster launches fire and ice balls at them both and mocks Cat. Enraged, the Berserker uses her Noble Phantasm, "Sansan Nikkō Hiruyasumi Shuchi Nikurin", causing her to transform into a giant cat and lunge at her sister. Moriarty explains Cat can only maintain the transformation for a short time before tiring out, so it seems she doesn't care about winning Round One, but only beating her sister. Unimpressed, the Caster pulls out two hand fans and swings them, which creates a massive gust of wind that knocks Cat through a wall.
Nora calls her a bully for doing that to her sister, but she says she was just showing Cat who's boss. They prepare to fight, but a giant bell suddenly falls on Tamamo no Mae, trapping her. Kiyohime, wearing a revealing kimono, walks up and says it is time to eliminate her. Tamamo protests, but the bell becomes red hot, and Nora is forced to jump away as the bell erupts into flames and Tamamo screams in agony. Kiyohime then summons several naginata that impale the bell. The bell and Tamamo disappear as she is eliminated. Back in their room, Fran smells something burning and steps outside to see Tamamo materialize, charred and groaning in pain. Glynda walks up and scolds her for ignoring her lessons on minding her surroundings and not underestimating her opponents, then carries her to the infirmary.
Fran walks back into the room to resume watching the match. Nora asks Kiyohime why she switched from Berserker to Lancer, and she says she wanted to become stronger to protect Ren, and she will wish to be with him even after the transfer program ends. Nora says she's happy for them, but she doesn't intend to lose. They prepare to fight, but Tamamo Cat returns, still in her giant cat form.
Ishtar wanders the halls and notes that Caster has already been eliminated. She hopes someone else eliminates BB, since she looks like Sakura and every time she sees her, she's reminded of when she was weak Rin. She suddenly bumps into BB, who says since Ishtar is the strongest opponent, she will eliminate her now. Ishtar summons her giant bow, but BB summons a magic wand and shouts, "Sakura Beam!" firing a pink laser at Ishtar that blasts her into an ice arena. Shocked, Ishtar asks why she called her attack that, but BB says she just thought it sounded cool, infuriating her. Ishtar controls her bow with her mind and fires several shots, but BB effortlessly dodges them, then sits on a block of ice sipping from a cup. She tells Ishtar to chill out and jokes that she's probably already chilly since they are surrounded by ice and she's basically wearing a bikini. Ishtar punches the ice block and shatters it, forcing BB to jump out of the way and making her drop her cup. She demands to know why BB looks like her sister, but the cup and its spilled pink contents suddenly detonate, engulfing her in an explosion.
Irisviel and Cinder are watching their match on a monitor in the Einzbern castle. Iri comments she's glad Shirou left to help that village because he probably wouldn't want to see Ishtar losing. The image suddenly becomes snowy. As Iri complains, Cinder calmly says to give it time and texts someone with her scroll.
Ishtar emerges from the explosion and says it will take more than that to keep her down. BB says she will oblige her and suddenly creates two clones of herself, one with huge claws and one with bladed legs. She explains as Moon Cancer, she can create Alter Egos of herself. She calls the clawed one Parvatinote and the bladed leg one Meltryllis. Ishtar is horrified that she is now facing three opponents with Sakura's face. The three attack, with Parvati able to fire her huge fist like a rocket. They end up knocking her through a wall. BB assumes they have won, but Ishtar emerges and punches her, sending her through several ice blocks, then shoots Parvati and Meltryllis, knocking them through more ice blocks. She approaches the fallen BB and again demands to know why she looks like her sister, but is horrified to find that the punch had torn off the skin on her cheek, exposing the metal underneath. As she realizes BB is a robot, Parvati grabs her and fires her hands like rockets, sending her through several ceilings and then out of the Hanging Gardens. She attempts to free herself, but she is out of bounds and eliminated, teleported back to her starting room.
Ishtar recalls Cinder's comment about BB from yesterday and realizes she knew all along what BB was. She decides to find her, but a golden vortex appears over her head. Shirou Kotomine approaches the room, and when he hears Ishtar scream, he quickly draws his Black Keys and enters, only to find her covered with tomatoes, making him chuckle. He quickly tells her he didn't do that, as Gilgamesh quickly walks away laughing. He tells her the headmaster would like to see her.
BB's clones stare at her in worry as she says she can fix her face and still win. Neo walks up brandishing her umbrella. BB prepares to fight her as Parvati's hands return to her. Neo pulls out her scroll and texts BB. Curious, she answers it and receives one of Sakura's video files that Cinder recovered. As she is shocked by seeing a girl with the same face as her, Neo sends another text saying she is dead. BB falls over twitching and her eyes turn pitch black as Parvati and Meltryllis vanish. Smiling, Neo draws her sword from her umbrella and impales her. BB says in a distorted voice, "To sleep, perchance to dream." and dies. Her body vanishes and Neo picks up her scroll.
BB's body is teleported to a room where Zhuge Liang, Amakusa, and Ishtar are waiting. As Ishtar is upset that she is dead, Zhuge explains that he received an anonymous tip explaining BB's origins and how Atlas has stolen Sakura's video diaries to program her personality. Since the video feed was down, they don't know who killed her. Zhuge asks Ishtar not to tell anybody about this to avoid a panic, and he will have a discussion with the Atlas general who brought BB here. She agrees and leaves to take a shower and get the tomato paste off her.
Back at the Einzbern mansion, the feed finally comes back. Irisviel complains that they have missed two eliminations, but Cinder says they were probably not that interesting. Neo winks at the camera and pockets both scrolls.
