Nightmare Fuel / Lady In White

• The cloakroom scene. First, Frankie gets locked in as part of a prank. At 10:00 PM, he encounters Melissa’s ghost for the first time, only to watch her scream and futilely attempt to fight off her invisible rapist until she loses consciousness. Then, a man comes in, sees Frankie, and strangles him.
• Melissa’s murder. The invisible killer carries Melissa’s body to the cliff and she wakes up as he’s about to throw her into the water. As she realizes what’s happening, she screams for her mother as he throws her off the cliff. Then, Anne emerges from a nearby cottage, calling for Melissa. She approaches the cliff and, upon seeing her daughter’s body, jumps to her death.
• The climax of the film. After what seems like a pleasant archery session, Frankie realizes, from Phil’s whistling, that Phil is the killer. Trouble is, Frankie is in Phil’s car. He immediately locks himself inside, only for Phil, aware that Frankie knows the truth, to break in. Frankie escapes and runs into the woods, with Phil in pursuit. Phil catches up to Frankie, only for Amanda to intervene and rescue the boy, taking him to her house to tend to him. Unfortunately, Phil is Not Quite Dead, and he attacks Amanda from behind, killing her. The house, which is filled with lit candles, catches fire in the struggle, and Phil carries Frankie or of the house and to the cliff, intending to throw him to his death. Frankie struggles and is saved only with the intervention of the Lady in White, who sends Phil over the edge. Unfortunately, Phil is still not done, as he grabs Frankie’s ankle and starts to drag him off the cliff. Fortunately, Angelo arrives in time to save his son.
