All Moments Pages are SPOILERS OFF. Unmarked spoilers are below, so read at your own risk.

  • Rob Anybody reading "Where's My Cow?" to his children.
  • "You forgot the last three lines. Strength enough to build a home, Time enough to hold a child, Love enough to break a heart."
    • Followed by a literal moment of "heartwarming" when Tiffany channels the heat of the sun and melts the Wintersmith, leaving behind only the nail from his heart.
  • Granny Weatherwax getting caught with the kitten You curled up under her hat, blustering her way through a Saying Too Much explanation of "the kitten just cries and cries if I leave her alone", then freaking out when You trots into the Cornucopia.
  • Granny getting caught with You under her hat is an additional Heartwarming for You: cats only sleep on or near a person that they trust. Despite Granny's initial chilly reception, You absolutely trusts the old witch and knows she's safe and loved.
  • In the first chapter, Tiffany requires a bonfire so she can channel the heat to melt the snow and free the lambs. Her brother is also out there. When the bonfire runs low, her father throws his coat on the flames, and has to be held back from following it. For his children.
    • And the other men (thank gods!) were ready to grab him before he moved. Joe Aching is not only the sort of selfless man who'd try to sacrifice himself, but the sort of well-respected and openly-loving neighbor they anticipated would do nothing less.
  • Annagramma coming to Tiffany's rescue. She not only shows the utility of the Earwig style of Wizard magic (using a fireball to melt the Wintersmith's Snowlem), but while Tiffany is still in shock, lends her a fast broom and sends her off as quickly as possible.
  • The fact that Tiffany manages to see through everyone, everyone's pretenses (Granny Weatherwax and Miss Treason and Annagramma and...) is equal parts outrageous, odd, and heartwarming. While the rest of the world will always see what they want to see in you, it's nice to know one weird little girl (later a weird woman) who always sees you for who you truly are.
