Heartwarming / Naruto the Movie: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom

• After spending part of the movie violently lashing out at Hikaru every time he tries to befriend him, Chamú finally trusts Hikaru, who braved a storm to save Chamú, lets Hikaru pet him.
  • He trusts Hikaru so much that later in the movie, he was willing to let Hikaru ride him and leap off a tower just so Hikaru could save his father in an amazing Big Damn Heroes moment.
• Naruto apologizes to Hikaru for punching him and calling him a "waste of space".
• Rock Lee, Naruto, Sakura, and Hikaru pinkie promising each other to be friends forever.
  • Even Chamú gets in on the promise.
• Hikaru shares a story about how his grandfather made Hikaru's bow-and-arrows for him. He would watch Hikaru practice, and whenever Hikaru got a bullseye, his grandfather was happier for Hikaru than Hikaru was for himself.
• Even though it is not part of Rock Lee, Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi's mission, Kakashi swears to the dying king that they will protect Michiru and Hikaru with their lives.
• Naruto comforts Hikaru after the death of his grandpa and promises Hikaru that when he becomes Hokage and Hikaru becomes king, the Hidden Leaf Village and the Crescent Moon Kingdom will always be there to help each other out.
• After Prince Michiru is rescued by Naruto and Hikaru, the three share a moment and pinkie promise each other to never forget the people who sacrificed themselves to save them and the Crescent Moon Kingdom and to always remember to fight for what matters.
