Headscratchers / The Inhumans

• Why can't Black Bolt find some way to communicate that doesn't involve using his mouth (writing, typing (possibly with text to speech), sign language with an interpreter, hire some psychic guy to read his mind and tell people what he wants to say, etc.)?
  • He does use sign language, and his fellow Inhumans understand him.
