• Why is Picard noticeably older than the other de-aged crewmen, even though they're all supposedly 12?
  • The age given by Crusher was an estimation. Picard might actually be physically older than the other de-aged kids because Picard was the furthest along in his life span than the rest. Even though Guinan is really hundreds of years old, she might be the equivalent of her thirties, as evidenced by Whoopi Goldberg's actual age.
• Why does Alexander know that Picard is the captain even though he's a kid?
  • Someone apparently told him beforehand. Or Picard told him between scenes, and Alexander believed him.
• What happened to one of the Ferengi's Klingon Birds-of-Prey? Did the Enterprise crew actually manage to destroy it? Or was it the damaged one, and it retreated somewhere for repairs?
