• Can the apartment not be unlocked from the inside? If not, then it's possible that the owner could end up in a similar situation to the one Nemo found himself in.
• What kind of burgurlar alarm system, or fire supression system doesn't alert outside authorities when set off? Especially the fire sprinkler system. You mean to tell me in the event of a fire in one of the apartments, the sprinkler system going off and flooding goes undetected by at least building staff or maintenance?
