• How did Iris get gold poisoning? Isn't gold an inert substance that isn't processed by the body? It should only be an issue if the gold wasn't pure enough, and contained toxic metals that were the actual cause of the poisoning.
  • Izuku may have just assumed that it was only the gold, and just removed the metal buildups in Iris's body. He's still a middle school student at this point, so it's unlikely that his diagnosis was completely spot on.
  • Yeah, the fact that he understood the mechanics behind nuclear physics from just his notebook enough to teach Megumin how to big bang is a miracle.
