• Richard's alter ego is called the "Childeater." Sadness is missing an arm, and when you finally see Lilianne in the real world at the end of the game, she's liberally covered both her arms in bandages. Whatever Richard did to her... it probably involved his teeth.
  • Could have been due to the amount of serum needles stuck into her during her time in the bunker, as Marianne notes.
