One of the roleplay scenarios where Kaeloo must tell a lie is when Quack Quack, as a little kid, hands her an ugly present for Mother's Day and she must pretend to like it. Why was Quack Quack allotted this role? Because even outside the roleplay, in the characters' real lives, Kaeloo is Quack Quack's Parental Substitute, so to her it would feel just like talking to her own child.
