The episode starts with Stumpy as Prince Charming, riding on his "horse" Quack Quack, to kiss Sleeping Beauty. Suddenly, Mr. Cat shows up out of nowhere and shoots Stumpy with a bazooka and says that Sleeping Beauty is "his". This may seem like Mr. Cat being a jerk as usual, but Kaeloo's lines later in the episode make it seem like she was also part of the game. Since she was the only one not present during this scene, we can conclude that the Sleeping Beauty in the game was Kaeloo - who Mr. Cat has a crush on.
Mr. Cat buys a time machine even though he's a Gadgeteer Genius, and is shown to be capable of performing repairs on it in later episodes, meaning he knows how a time machine works and would be able to build one. So why didn't he? The company he bought it from was called "Time Machine Express™", meaning time machines are trademarked and making his own would be illegal.
