  • Why do several missions in the American campaign have you destroy ships that historically wouldn't be sunk until much later in the war? Because, from a typical sailor's or officer's point-of-view (i.e. the player character), kill claims for both ships and planes are (usually) exaggerated, and in the middle of the actual fighting, you won't exactly get the most accurate of reports coming in thanks to all the chaos.
