- Commander Contrarian: Tends to oppose Kotov whenever possible. Though, to be fair, the expedition has a statistically minute chance of succeeding, something the Mechanicum would find discouraging.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Does not think highly of Telok. The events of Gods of Mars vindicate him heavily here.
