Characters formerly serving on board the Falcon and now serving on the Ozymandias and Hammurabi (Characters consistent across MERP 1,2, and 3)

Dr. Marik Kring

Official Profile
  • Race: Turian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Technology and Biotics, Medic/Support Focus
  • History:Marik was born into a military family on Palaven. Unlike the rest of his family, however, he did not enjoy firearms combat, preferring to support his teammates with his unusual (for a turian) Biotics. He likes to resolve things peacefully when possible and mostly uses defensive Biotics, to prevent injury to either his allies or his opponents, when he isn't healing his comrades. He also learned to cook from his grandmother and was further schooled in a variety of cuisines by a human he met on the Citadel; this training has allowed him to appeal to the palates of just about any species.
  • Position:Officially, Medic, unofficially he cooks damn well.
Deimos Says: Marik is a great guy. I guess I kind of saw him as a rival of sorts at first, but then I actually got to know the guy. He's funny, too. Talking about Palaven and Kahje with him was fun, and he's also a lifesaver. But the Una thing... I hope that won't have to be an issue. Argh.

Caitlin Says: Marik's great and a great doctor. I just wish Una would turn around and notice him going to shit over her. Poor guy. I need to go see the doc about my arm, I might just see if I'm not hallucinating.

Una says Pleasant guy, although he could stand a short lesson in the value of knocking. Can't say I can complain though, he cooks, he patches people up when they're wounded, which is all the time, he's even got this psychology thing going, I'm pretty sure the ship would fall apart without him. Hell, without his intervention on Elysium, I don't really know what'd happen. I'm glad he won't be able to read this, though, It'd go to his head like that.

Lucas says: The doctor is certainly good at his job, moreso than you might think. Didn't take long and Deimos was walking around the ship after being shot in the shoulder. I can honestly say i've never seen someone get that much better that fast, which is a testament to this mans skill. Now, if i could only find time to speak with him about my throat...

Jordan says: Haven't met him much yet, but he fixed up my leg when I took a shot there. Trust me, mass accelerated bullets hurt. He's one of the best doctors I've seen, irregardless of species. That, and he is one damn good cook, even if it's with the levo foods I eat. You do your job well, Marik.

Marik Says: Best looking guy on the ship, by far. Needs to step it up a little bit when it comes to keeping his crew alive, though...

Jeko says: The Doc knows what he is doing when it comes to wonds, and he's not a bad cook, but its his motives that i find strange, look into further.

Danari says I thought he was my only friend on this ship,but... the more I stay here, the more I get the feeling he's just tolerating my presence, as a Turian tolerates a Jelly... it's more than I can say for anyone else, but... it's not the same as having a friend... I feel sorry for him, though... I've seen the way he glances at Una... I know that look... Poor guy fell in love with the wrong woman.

Dru says: He seems to worry a lot, or at least that's the impression I get. He is a great guy, though. Fun to talk to. Not to mention the fact that he saved my life, although I think a lot of people can say that about him.

Syven says: The doctor is a professional who seems well settled into his position. He does his job with fluid ease; a man of lesser experience would be more mechanical.

Una T'Davi

Official Profile
  • Race: Asari
  • Gender: N/A
  • Proficiencies: Biotic x2
  • History: Born on Illium from a short and intense relationship between an asari diplomat and her turian bodyguard, Una's life was one of calm luxury for the first eighty years of her life, until one intense argument with her other motivated her to strike out on her own, leaving Illium with only her most personal belongings, a light titanium armor, an Elanus Risk Control pistol and a newly awakened wanderlust. Una first made her way to Omega, but whatever she was looking for, she didn't find it there, and after a run-in with the Eclipse mercs, a group she was a member of very briefly, she drifted more or less aimlessly through systems, looking for a challenge, a purpose, or perhaps something more mundane all together.
  • Position: Security Officer
Deimos Says: Una. I don't know what it is, but I'm reduced to an idiotic mess every time I see her. I know my efforts are probably futile, and she won't even look my way. That adorable way she tilts her head when she's confused, and that little half smile - Argh! Look at me, blubbering like some schoolboy. [ Smacking sound, as if a palm just met a forehead]

Caitlin Says: Una's got a lot going for her. Mostly Marik and Deimos. This can only go well... But it's good to have made amends after our first 'little fight'.

Una Says: Oh, so this thing overwrites... well that's nice. Una here, and that's probably all I should say. Wouldn't want to bring up the Lapis thing again.... crap.

Lucas Says: This asari really loves her coffee. All around she's okay to talk to, but i get the feeling she cares less than she lets on sometimes.

Jordan says: Haven't really met her yet, but I feel really sorry for Deimos.

Marik Says: Oh Una, ever the sarcastic one. Great to trade quips with, love spending time with her overall. Hopefully, I can admit my feelings to her someday. I just hope she forgot about the incident we had with her door being unlocked...

Jeko Says: Una, she may not be the most easy to work with, but she is a damn fine solider, happy she is part of my crew. Though I may have to ration the coffee with her...

Danari says: She's a good biotic, but she's a pitiful security officer. Anyone lieing under questioning is bad enough, but a Turian? For christ's sake, I am one! Doesn't she think I just might know something about my own goddamned species?

Dru says: She seems nice. She gave me a job. Granted, that job got me shot in the leg and infected with Tuchankan germs, but it's a job nonetheless. Not many people are willing to stick their neck out for a quarian like that.

Kardan says: From my experience, terminally pissed off asari are something to fear. So far, she hasn't disappointed.

Characters now serving on the Ozymandias and Hammurabi (Characters consistent across MERP 2 and 3)

Deimos Braxis

Official Profile
  • Race: Drell
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Biotics
  • History:Born on Kahje into a fishing family, Deimos lived peacefully with his parents until the time came for him to do his part for the hanar as outlined in the Compact. He left home at the age of 17 under a private contract to be but one of the army of bodyguards of a wealthy and often targeted hanar executive. Hardy from the years of working at sea, he adapted well to the training the hanar gave him. After serving his 5 year contract, he left the service of the hanar and relocated from Kahje to the Citadel, where he fell in with some unsavory people who led him into the world of illegal, high-stakes open space private ship dogfighting. Finding himself bored with the lifestyle, he decided to sign on to a job where he could see more of the galaxy.
  • Position: Gunnery Sergeant
Deimos Says: Fool.

Caitlin Says: Deimos always manages to keep everyone happy what with the sarcasm. Also after Una. Just noting that. Listen to me, Una.

Una Says: Seems like he has too much free time for his own good, but then again, I shouldn't be the one talking there. Still, he's a nice guy, and we have interests in common. That's usually a good sign. Anyway, he told me about that memory thing of his, I wonder how that is, and it's awfully nice of him, I know I get grumpy when people ask me stupid questions about how us asari work.

Lucas Says: Deimos is... well... despite him being pretty friendly, i can't say much about the guy.

Jordan says: He's my best friend on this ship, my consistent partner, and he's one really damn good guy to hang out with. I'd take a bullet or two for him.

Marik says: He's a pretty cool guy, and we seem to have a lot in common. Definitely one of my good friends here on the Ozzy.

Jeko says I see a lot of a younger self in him, a naive younger self, but he is a good man through and through.

Danari says: I trust him more than anyone else on this ship... though that doesn't say much... I wish I knew how to solve the problem of Una, though... I mean, He'll live anything that happens over and over, through his life...

Dru says: I don't know much about this guy, except that he kicks some serious ass. I'm pretty sure he helped save my life too.

Syven says: A lighthearted man lives longer than his compatriots.

Jordan Iginla

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat x2
  • History:Born on Eden Prime, Jordan grew up fairly fast, getting above average marks in school. He eventually signed up for the Systems Alliance military, and was shipped off of Eden Prime - ironically, he did so just before the geth attack. However, Jordan later resigned from the Alliance for reasons unknown and is currently jumping between places, hoping to find a job that could get him back on his feet.
  • Position: Ground Team Leader, formerly Ground Team Member
Deimos Says: Jordan is the best damn guy on this ship. He's saved us from death plenty of times, he's great to talk to, and I know I can always have a laugh with him. A true friend. And after all that stuff that happened to his family on Eden Prime... he's a trooper.

Caitlin Says: This is getting complicated... I'm moving up the ranks, but I don't know what that means for us. There's regs against it, but the last thing I want to do is cut it off. (Exasperated sigh) What the hell am I supposed to do?

Una Says: This guy, yeah, I'd say he's too fond of that gun of his, but eh, it is a mighty nice one, so I guess I can't blame him. Apparently, he and Kate have some sort of thing going on, which is good for them. Won't say I'm jealous. Anyway, yeah, would not be on this guy's bad side. Especially on account of the gun.

Lucas Says: A good friend, and an even better soldier. Although i can't say it now, someday i hope i can safely say i'd take a bullet or two for this guy if it meant he could fire another clip of The Bitch at whomever he's aiming at. Nowhere near that, sadly, but i get the feeling i'll be able to sometime in the future.

Jordan says: <insert egotistical comment regarding his eminent greatness which is less great than he words it here>

Marik Says: A badass, plain and simple. Definitely would pick him as my partner-in-crime if I ever decided to go vigilante... Oh, and he's a great guy, too.

Jeko Says: The kid likes to take chances with his life, which I disapprove of, but he is like a son to me, somehow.

Danari says: Chuck Norris in space.

Caitlin  Marie Morano

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Female
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Biotics
  • History:Kate was at birth taken into the Cerberus-run Teltin research facility on Pragia, and known as "Subject Twelve" - Katie is just an assumed name, she has no knowledge of her birth name. Katie was never originally a biotic, but became so through an experimental operation. She has devoted her life to taking out the scientists involved with the Teltin facility, although a job has yanked her out of this self-destructive revenge.
  • Position: Engineer, Formerly XO. Soon to replace Jeko as Captain.
Deimos Says: Dare I say it, but Kate is actually pleasant to be around, nowadays. She's made a turn for the better. Or maybe I was just judging her before I really knew her. In either case, Jordan and Kate seem like they really compliment each other. Hopefully he doesn't piss her off, though. In that case, sorry buddy.

Caitlin Says: This is where I stroke my ego, right?

Una Says:Hoh boy, Kate. What happened with you? I mean, I'm not complaining, less frigid bitch is a good thing, but I'm starting to wonder if I broke you when we fought. Eye for an Eye, and all that. I guess I should be happy for her, but if Elysium is an indication, her relationship with Jordan is making her act differently on missions, and I don't know if that's a good thing. I don't know, I'm hardly ever on the away team, so it really isn't my problem.

Lucas Says: Im going to have to make it a point to get to know her better. She's probably a nice person once she stops trying to Lift you and everyone else into the air.

Jordan says: Possibly another friend here. The Nurburgring sim is cool, her plans are cool, and she might be one of my friends. There's all that professional coolness but... okay, I'm really making a big risk here. But whatever. I'd be glad to take a bullet for her. Please don't Reave me apart now.

Danari says:   The   boss from hell.

Marik Says: Ah, Katie, you with your polarizing ways. She seems to be at odds with Danari and Jeko, but hopefully it will work out as it did with Una. I like her, at least, and it seems like Jordan's really helping her warm up more. Good for her.

Jeko Says: My former XO, she is a great leader, but she believes that you can save everyone, or that there is no way to lose, and her fiery attitude is not helping. But, in the end, she is the best person to take over Ozzy if i shall pass on.

Dru says: I'll have to steer clear of her, at least for now. Hopefully I'll get a chance to talk to her soon.

Kardan says: The captain seems to be running a tight operation; any CO who's always busy solving problems is worth their salt.

Jake Hadley River

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Technology
  • History: Born on earth to a middle class family, Jake had little worries in his life. Though his father, an ex-military who was now working as a security guard, raised him harshly, intending for Jake to follow in his footsteps. At the age of 18 he joined the Alliance Military and at age 25 got accepted into an Special Forces training program. He passed the tests and graduated from the academy. However it would not last forever as on one mission they got captured by batarian slavers. Jake and the team he belonged to managed to break free and escape. On the escape ship Jake learned that one of their team members had been supplying information to these batarian slavers and also sold out the team. Jake shot him, the rest of the team stormed in and found Jake standing over the dead corpse of their team member and arrested him. As he was on the transport that would take him to his prison he managed to escape from there as a band of pirates attacked and fled to Omega where he became a bartender. Aaaannd he got fired from there too because that he managed to make a gang angry by tossing out one of their members. so he decided to become a PMC.
  • Position: (Former) Mess Sergeant (Left the post to become full-time Recon Team Leader), Recon Team Leader
Marik Says: Ah, Fresh Meat. The new mess sergeant. I have mixed feelings about him taking on the role, though I must admit he cooks well for a human.

Caitlin Says: I'd best make a point to get to know the crew... My crew.

Danari Says: There's just something about him... I don't know... He's cool, but I can't quite trust him...

Dru says: This guy scares me.

Syven says: There is something... cold, about Mr. River. It lends a coolness to his judgment in times of chaos which, combined with his skill, lends a fearsome air of competence to his actions.

Characters serving on board the Hammurabi and the Ozymandias (MERP 3 Characters)

Adenn

Official Profile
  • Race: Salarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Non-Combatant
  • History:Not much, being six and all, but he left Erinle after deciding he didn't want to live on a barely-habitable mining colony. The Ozzy happened to be the first and best way out.
  • Position: Mission Control

Ganar Arak

Official Profile
  • Race: Krogan
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Tech
  • History:You wouldn't believe it by looking at him, but rumors say Arak have lived an uncharacteristically peaceful life for a krogan, well, some of them. Other rumors say he specialized in being a bodyguard for quarians on their pilgrimage, earning him the nickname The Shield Of Rannoch, but then again, rumors also said he took down a bar full of turians with his bare hands and that he once built a simple one-man craft capable of Mass Relay jumps all on his own. The rumors are sort of all over the place, and the reason might just well be that the truth is too strange to believe.
  • Position:

Syven Arioc

Official Profile
  • Race: Drell
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat, Tech
  • History: A thief from Omega specializing in information and tech. Has some local contacts in the information trade. After doing a job, went on a vacation from the station. The Ozymandias does not complain of having him onboard.
  • Position:

Rach'an Chel'saar

Official Profile
  • Race: Batarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Tech
  • History: Oddly enough, Rach'an is just a simple civilian engineer, with about a weeks worth of time served on the ship. Undoubtedly, he's good at what he does, but he's a bit of an odd one.
  • Position: Engineer

Syven says: A very nervy fellow whose performance may be hampered by his jumpiness. On the other hand, I've seen far nervier salarians defuse bombs without a hitch. Perhaps time will tell.

Attia Marena

Official Profile
  • Race: Asari
  • Gender: Female
  • Proficiencies: Biotics, Stealth
  • History: A 200 year old mercenary, who has spent more then half of her life working as an assassin out of Omega. • Position:

Kardan M'Kret

Official Profile
  • Race: Batarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat
  • History: Former Special Intervention Unit agent. Deserted the Hegemony after being blamed for a fouled-up mission, and has been hiring himself out as a freelancer ever since. Was once contracted by the Blue Suns for training their personnel, but quit after perceived instances of mismanagement. Still on relatively friendly terms with the Blue Suns. Negotiated his way into the outfit.
  • Position:

Kardan says: Steady employment is underrated, but steady employment with frequent explosions is overrated.

Dru'Peroh nar Moreh

Official Profile
  • Race: Quarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Biotic, Tech
  • History:Dru'Peroh was born and raised aboard the Moreh. From a young age, he displayed mild aptitude in engineering and biotic talent, a habit of tinkering, and a love of music. His father had long ago been exiled from the Fleet for repeatedly violating the orders of his captain.

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Female
  • Proficiencies: Combat x2
  • History: Amy has served aboard the Ozymandias for over a year now, only rising to her current position as Strike Team Leader a bit back. Oddly enough, she acquired the armor she wears today herself, although how is anyones guess.
  • Position: Strike Team Leader

Kardan says: Lass seems to have her head screwed on tight. She's got the attitude of a terminal grunt; for the life of her she'll never man a desk. Good NCO material, I'd think.

Urdnot Thresh

Official Profile
  • Race: Krogan
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiency: Combat/Combat
  • History: Thresh has always been a fan of Urdnot Wrex's social reforms, and was a major enforcer on his behalf until his own eccentricities made him more of a threat than an an asset. He was banned from Urdnot, for the sake of keeping the violent conflicts to a minimum, though Thresh often did little (in his own opinion) to instigate those conflicts. At this point, he's looking for anyone who'll accept his talents.
  • Position: Shock Trooper/Negotiator

Giuseppe 'Joe' Wong

He got into space by excelling at electronics and worked aboard a ship for a few years, mainly working on the ship's power control systems and drive core. He eventually became a freelancer, mainly just doing odds and ends around the Citadel.

Carn'Noa nar Qwib-Qwib

Official Profile
  • Race: Quarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Biotic, Tech
  • History: Before he was born, his mother was exiled from the flotilla for recklessly sabotaging a vessel's Element Zero core in an insane attempt to give rise to an army of Quarian Biotics. For him life aboard the Flotilla was extremely uncomfortable. Having grown up among other races where personal space and possessions were highly valued, the tight-knit community seemed extremely stifling. Currently, he’s on his pilgrimage, but he’s in no hurry to return.

Characters formerly serving on board the Falcon and served on the Ozymandias (Characters consistent across MERP 1 and 2)

Jeko Irheu

Official Profile
  • Race: Salarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Technology
  • History:Part of the special task group, one of the men who helped stop Saren and his cloning faculty on Virmire. After which he retired form the STG and and has been working as a Merc for hire on Illium. Now, he is following reports on the Eclipse, and he and his crew have been hunting them down.
  • Position: Commanding Officer Deceased
Deimos Says: The Captain has had to make some tough decisions, no doubt about that. I'm not sure I agree with all of them though. But then again, I don't always know what I would do in his position. I do know one thing, I would have done whatever it takes to save my crew.

Caitlin Says: Well, Cap's going and he's leaving me in charge. Fuck am I scared about it. Guess I'd best make amends before he goes.

Una Says: The Cap doesn't beat around any sort of bush, that's for sure. Not sure if I agree with his calls, but what can you do? He's the captain, he probably has all manner of captainy education, he knows what he's doing. Not sure if he's on top of his Asari situation... Other Asari Situation, I guess I kinda count as a situation given my track record so far. [NO UPDATE]

Lucas Says: The Commanders a good guy, and genuinely cares for his crew. I'm proud to be flying under his command.

Jordan says: A pretty good guy. Very strict, but I'd say he's strict for all the right reasons. Might not have him for long, but he's a captain I can respect.

Danari says: Bastard.

Marik Says: A good leader who makes decisions objectively. Needs to get something removed from his cloaca, for sure. Maybe I can suggest a surgery to him sometime soon...

Ravenor Tarek

Official Profile
  • Race: Krogan
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Biotic
  • History:Tarek was born on Tuchanka, a kidling of the Ravenor clan. Aside from being bullied for his small size and fighting, he didn't do much of anything during his childhood. When he was still an adolescent, he joined the first mercenary company that would take him, and didn't look back. He has fought for everyone with creds: Terorrist organizations. Revolutionaries. Counter-insurgencies. Gangs. No client has been too unsavory for him. His disfigurement happened during a skirmish against batarian slavers, while working as a contractor for the Systems Alliance. He had a meaningful relationship once, with an asari mercenary captain from the Eclipse. She was killed the same day Tarek was maimed.
  • Position: Strike Team Leader
Deimos Says: I think I saw this guy... once... [NO UPDATE]

Caitlin Says: Who?

Una Says: You'd think a Krogan would be a hard one to miss, but I can't remember seeing this guy around much. [NO UPDATE]

Lucas Says: Haven't ever met him, which isn't a surprise considering i knew hardly anyone until recently.

Jordan says: ...uh... I've never seen a Krogan on this ship. Just... damn... never even knew he existed until I read this.

Marik Says: Too bad we had to go and lose a krogan. Wonder why he quit...

Characters that served on board the Ozymandias (MERP 2 Characters)

Danari

Official Profile
  • Race: Turian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combatx2
  • History: Born an orphan, he made his living playing music in the streets. He played any song, ones he'd heard, or ones he'd written himself. He still writes them, but has a song he's been working on since childhood that he hasn't quite finished, because he can't find the words he needs... because he's never met the woman it sings of. He enlisted to get a better life than living on the streets, and has led a fairly good career thus far, serving as a soldier, a sniper, and a medic.
  • Position: General-purpose
Una Says:Haven't really talked to this guy much, but he doesn't seem like a bad guy. Word on the wire is that he's a bit rough on the edges, but that description could apply to several members of this crew, me included, so I'm not judging anyone just yet.

Deimos Says: Danari is okay, from the little I've talked to him. His music is great, and he seems friendly. I heard he's been making waves on the ship, however. He's okay with me though.

Marik Says: Great, another turian! Too bad he constantly plays human music, but whatever. Kind of sensitive temperament, hopefully we can work on that.

Caitlin Says: He seems to overreact to almost everything I say! I just don't know how to talk with him. Best to patch things up before I take the helm.

Doctor Victor von Geist

Official Profile

  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Tech x 2
  • History: From a very young age, Von Geist was fascinated by the potential presented by scientific achievement. Coming from a family of old German aristocracy, he never wanted for money, resources or connections. Indeed, when he was old enough, his family connections along with his natural knack for the sciences and a fierce intelligent saw him attending the best universities, earning PhDs in bio-mechanics and bio-chemistry, later working toward an M.D.

His brilliance and outspoken nature against non-humans saw him being snapped up by Cerberus as an asset to one of their think-tanks. Working in various black projects, Von Geist lacked any troublesome senses of mortality or ethics, gleefully using live, sentient test subjects in his work. The justifications that it was for the greater good of humanity and the advancement of science rarely mattered to him. The work itself was reward enough.

Over the years, he began to develop his own viewpoint in regards to the future of humanity, contending that Man could only achieve true dominance in the Universe if he actively used the tools science presented to him to their fullest potential. Von Geist illustrated this by experimenting on himself, "upgrading" his body with various pieces of robotics. His increasing eccentricities were ignored or downplayed in light of the results he provided. Von Geist had a "unique" way of looking at things, but he was a genius nonetheless.

Eventually, Von Geist would detach himself from the organization, seeking to pursue independent avenues of research. However, the relationship between himself and Cerberus is still amicable. He agrees with their goals and doesn't shy away from providing them with a useful piece of information or something of that sort if he's able, but his ambitions have grown, as of late.

To serve those ambitions, he's become the Chief Science Officer onboard the Ozymandias. How or why this plays into his agenda remains to be seen...

  • Position: Chief Science Officer

Jeko Says: He may be somewhat ignorant when it comes to race, but he is brilliant scientist, for a human. Also adept at robotics, may ask for upgrades.

Danari Says: He interests me.

Caitlin Says: Not mentioning him.

Jonathan Hargrave

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Techx2
  • History: Jonathan grew up on Earth where he learned a lot about AI systems and mechanical software from his father. After leaving Earth, he went from ship to ship, managing and working on multiple ship systems. He eventually caught the eye of one of Cerberus’s undercover agents onboard one of the many cargo ships he worked on and was unwittingly tricked into for Cerberus and stationed on a planet whose name he never learned. Has had experience in combat and survival through his tech abilities as he managed to survive the Alliance Invasion and fought his way through Alliance, Cerberus and his fellow technicians to an escape shuttle and escaped the planet. He is currently searching for another ship to serve on.
  • Position: Chief Engineer
Una Says: Again, probably a nice guy, but I don't think I've talked to him much before. Saved my ass once and that's about it.

Deimos Says: Uhmm...Oh yeah, this guy. I don't ever see him, but he's an engie. What do you expect?

Marik Says: Nice guy, but usually working on keeping the Ozzy running. Hopefully we can talk more in the future.

Horan

Official Profile
  • Race:Elcor
  • Gender:Male
  • Proficiencies:Combatx2
  • History:Horan grew up on Omega. Born to a club bouncer and a drug dealer, Horan quickly learned that nice guys finished last on Omega. It didn't help that his mother was killed by a Batarian for a reason that neither party fully understood. Nor did the fact that his father routinely, and very slowly, beat him with a piece of steel rebar. So, he became a mercenary. A very, very, very, angry mercenary. He wandered about the galaxy for a few years, taking jobs that required no subtlety and a lot of explosions. Eventually, he decided to join the crew of the Ozymandias. A little too crowded for him, but he's learned to deal with it. He spends all of his time staring at the wall of his quarters and cleaning his, very large, guns.
  • Position: Heavy Weapons Expert.

Danari says: I hope he tells Kate to fuck off. She'd get exactly what she deserved if she tried to start something.

Lucas Kinsler

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Ship Technology
  • History:Lucas grew up with ships all his life, so it was no surprise he became a pilot later on in life. He never really liked working for a common goal, so he struck out with Captain Jeko and his crew. He's pretty rookie in terms of actual experience on the field, but he has an undeniable knack for flying ships.
  • Position: Pilot
Deimos Says: Lucas isn't quite the rookie anymore. He's all hardened up, now. He's nice enough, but I can't shake the feeling that something is... weird with him. Dangerous, even.

Caitlin Says: Lucas took a level in badass with a minor in asskicking.

Una Says: Another guy I owe my life to, they're starting to become rather numerous, but I'm not complaining, considering what the alternative is. He used to be rather mellow, but the truth is, I think he has changed. Maybe it's just me, but anyone who agrees with me when I'm in my darkest of moods... well, I'm not sure if it's a good sign, but I'll have to reserve my judgement for later.

Jordan says: Little twitchier than usual, but he's one damn good pilot.

Marik Says: Ah, Rook. Our daring pilot who we recently discovered to have a dark upbringing. That explains his great accomplishments on the field, and I don't hold his past against him. He's part of our family now. Also, he and Amy are cute together. Makes me think about my own feelings for a certain someone...

Jeko says: Im not sure about his mental state, but he sure can pilot a ship.

Danari says: This is why I don't trust humans. They'll act nice at first, like they're your friend... but they'll stab you in the back first chance; they always do. The son of a bitch held me at Omni-blade point over a difference of opinion! I was being practical, but the man who's a former hired killer is too proud to work with the likes of Karis.

Aiden Montclair

  • Proficiencies: Combat and Biotics

  • Position: Field Medic and Medical Assistant.
Deimos Says: Haven't seen Aiden much. [NO UPDATE]

Caitlin Says: It was nice that Aiden was the first to talk to me after I was demoted, but I don't think he realises just how hard that is. [NO UPDATE]

Una Says: He doesn't strike me as the most pleasant of people, but then again, neither do I. [NO UPDATE]

Jordan says: Never seen him.

Danari says: Why exactly does he refer to himself as a sex god? Or sex symbol, or... Why? You'd think women would be less inclined to sleep with him if he keeps talking about how he gets around...

Marik Says: Ah yes, Aiden. My human assistant in the med-bay. He's pretty knowledgeable in medicine, for a human, and has a funny personality. Glad to have his help.

Karas'Nemus Nar Verte

  • Race: Quarian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat/Technology
  • History: Born aboard the quarian fleet vessel Verte, Karas was the son of one of the ship's chief engineers. However, much to the disapointment of his father, Karas never showed much interest for engineering. Instead, Karas was found to have a natural aptitude for the designing and use of weaponry and explosives. Karas's skills were helpful to the quarian marines living on the Verte, and they encouraged him to openly pursue a career within that field. Karas is currently on pilgrimage.
  • Position: Gunner
Una says:Why are so many Quarians so dorky? I have no idea, but hey, it's not the least charming racial personality trait to have. He sure likes his big booms, but fortunately, he seems to have channeled them into a force for good, or relative good, at least. Also, I hope I'm not thinking too highly of myself, but I'm pretty sure this guy has a crush on me. If so, he's not the only one.

Deimos Says: Oh, the quarian. He seems pretty friendly, and apparently he's going to be working down in the battery with me on the artillery. I'm not really used to having anyone uner my command, though. Not like it matters. Calibrating the weapons is a mind-numbingly excruciating task.

Marik Says: It's always interesting working with quarians, though he's nothing like Dano. He reminds me a bit of Una's friend Rano, only replace the earth-loving strangeness with explosive-happiness.

Danari Says: What am I, a house plant? A simple nod of acknowledgement would do!

Scipio Pretorius

Official Profile
  • Race: Turian
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combatx2
  • History: Scipio was born to a humble but respected family with a long-standing reputation as personal bodyguards to the Primarchs. Unsurprisingly, Scipio followed in the footsteps of his forefathers after boot camp, serving under an especially popular Primarch. He served diligently (if also unspectacularly) for nearly a decade before things took a tragic turn for him.

During one of the frequent occasions where he and his fellow bodyguards had to fight off mercs sent by political rivals and crimelords to kill the Primarch, Scipio accidentally came upon evidence linking his superior to shady and ambitious dealings that were undermining the lives of the turian colonists he supervised. Faced with a dilemma - serve his Primarch faithfully as was expected of him or betray and expose him - Scipio entered a stress-induced fugue state and when he came out of it, found he had killed his Primarch rather than let him continue with his misdeeds.

Panic-stricken, Scipio immediately left his post, afraid of the repercussions he and his family would face for the murder. He drifted for a few years, taking on mercenary work to survive, but found most jobs too unsavory and sloppy for his liking. Finally, he found himself a part of one mission that went too far. Discovering an anonymous patron was in fact a batarian slaver and that he had been helping to steal not supplies but people, Scipio freed the captives, humans from a remote Alliance colony. One man thanked him, quoting to the turian the words of someone he called “the Buddha” which struck a chord in the aimless Scipio and he again abandoned his life as a mere mercenary.

Since then, Scipio has attempted to make a living doing honorable work - often helping to free or retrieve other would-be slaves or expose abusers of power - and has become a practitioner of Zen Buddhism.

  • Position: Strike Team Leader (Replacement)
Una says:I feel terrible for this, but who is this guy again?

Deimos Says: What's up with all these guys getting hired and disappearing off the face of the ship?!?

Marik Says: Wow, our Strike Team Leaders seem to disappear a lot, huh? I don't see why Jordan just doesn't take the position, he acts as it well enough...

Kelmen

Official Profile
  • Race Turien
  • Gender Male

  • History: Worked on the Ozymandias with Jeko under command of Captain Hope, after the death of Hope, the team split, leaving the Ozzy to Jeko's men, after a few years working solo, he came back to the Ozzy at the request of Jeko, and has been working ever sense. Known as a "Ladies Turien", at least to himself. Though anything else about him is relatively unknown.

Danari Says: Something about this guy rubs me the wrong way, and supisingly, it's not jealousy that the crew likes him more than me despite being here a shorter amount of time...

Larry Danger

Official Profile
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Proficiencies: Combat and Technology
  • History:Larry got his unfortunate name from parents over eager to forge a new identity after moving to a commune on Elysium. While the family survived The Blitz he fell out of touch with them and wandered the major cities before joining up at an Alliance Recruiting station. Years of service as a Supply Ship helmsman later he finally transferred to fighters just in time for the battle of the Citadel. While he styles himself as a fighter jock after his brief stint before being drummed out for getting into a fist fight with a superior officer over painting a shark’s mouth on his fighter, the majority of his combat pay came from repelling borders. A lot of people think he’s giving his middle name as “Gedjya” because of his Indian features, and he often answers to that as well.
