    The Huntsman
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/character_outline_hook_min.png
The Huntsman

Rarity: ★★★
Class: Ranger
Element: Nature

Abilities:

On the Hunt / Active [Lv 1]
Increase ATK by 30% for 10 sec.

Traits:

Fine Fletching
Naturally has 10% Crit Chance.

Lore

A clever tracker, trapper and survivalist, the Huntsman's worth to the Dreamer runs deeper than merely his skill with a crossbow – prodigious though that skill is. The Huntsman is adept at striking specific targets that will cause the most damage to an enemy force, and can disrupt them with traps and pitfalls to ensure chaos reigns in an enemy’s ranks.

Although the Huntsman was encountered in the Enchanted Realm, he actually comes from further abroad: a realm that has since fallen into the void at the edge of the world. He might appear aloof and even dour, but this is only due to his secret mission: he is searching for something... or someone.

    Esme

Traits:

Heartstone’s Blessing

Lore

Esme is the humanoid personification of the Heartstone, the World Stone assigned to the realm of Wonderland. Though she has been alive for hundreds, or possibly even thousands of years, she has the ageless persona of a girl in her late teens. Being the Heartstone means being mainly concerned with matters of emotion, and as such, Esme is possibly the most empathetic of the World Stones, something she demonstrates regularly when times become trying and tempers start to fray.

->Quite often, Esme is the emotional glue that holds the group together, however, she finds Vita's sometimes overbearing levels of energy difficult to deal with, which often leads to minor clashes, or even wars of words, with her little sister.

->Esme's ability to sense and even affect the emotions of others is a boon that is useful in a great many situations, however she tries not to use these abilities to affect those she is close to, out of respect for their personal autonomy.

Along with her best friend, Ginger, Goldilocks lives in Haven where she splits her time between working as a hunter for hire and eating pastries in her friend's bakery.

Goldilocks is headstrong, forthright and sometimes perfectionist, wanting things to be “just right”, but she has a good heart and is fiercely loyal to those she loves, in particular Ginger.

Her double barrelled shotgun is good at dealing with foes at medium range, something many a Dreamless has come to learn to their cost.

Just don't mention bears in her presence...

Now, there aren't any rich left to rob - everyone in the land is poor, so she instead turns her sights to saving what she can from the relentless advance of the Dreamless.

Robin is an unerring shot with her bow, something a great many Dreamless have learnt to their cost.

Or was she? From Nutcracker's perspective, she was always a soldier, a belief that is borne out by the fact that she has a long running feud with the Rat King an evil and greedy villain who seeks the sadistic destruction of both the Nutcracker and the girl who protected her. This feud predates her transformation from a simple toy into a gallant soldier.

So what is really true? Who can say? Especially in Phantasia...

With the magical ability to shape and control glass, she is capable of creating deadly spears with razor sharp edges, lethal projectiles which she can hurl at her enemies.

Lore

As evil and fearsome pirates go, Hook is one of the more amenable arch-nemeses to encounter.

Always up for a drink and a carouse, she has left her seafaring days behind as there are no more seas in Phantasia to sail.

Now she treads land, searching for adventure and treasure, and will fight for the Dreamer's cause as long as she is provided enough opportunity for plunder and renown to sate her appetites.

With the cannons from her ship chained to her will by magical means, getting on the wrong side of this nautical femme fatale is not advised.

Though her fear of clocks has long since been conquered after the death of her own nemesis, the giant croc, the sound of tick-tocking still makes her a little twitchy. She tends to stay clear of the White Rabbit, with her constantly ticking watches and obsession with time...

Lore

There are few names that strike fear into the hearts of mortals and monsters alike, but Abraham Van Helsing is one of those names. A vampire hunter with a reputation to match that of his deadliest foe, Van Helsing is possessed of a serious, calculating demeanor, a pair of viciously accurate crossbows and grudge against the greatest vampire of them all, the vaunted Count Dracula himself.

He is also an accomplished scientist and is able to look at problems in a highly logical, even clinical, way. As such, he is a very useful resource for the Dreamer to call upon on his journeys across Phantasia. His forward planning and tactical analysis are invaluable in the fight against any opponent that lurks in the darkness. Who knows what is stronger, however: his sense of loyalty or his clinical nature? What would happen if the latter should come into conflict with the former?

Lore

Phantasia's resident mad scientist, Frankenstein is obsessed with the mysteries of life itself and with the possibility of creating it through dead flesh. She was educated in the scholar's district of Haven, but was thrown out of the scholastic community because of her extreme ideas and unethical techniques, after which, she traveled to the Nightmare Realm and built her own secret laboratory. Within the walls of her lab she began unlocking the secrets of memory shards, the enigma of life and the nature of Phantasia. But her research could only ever take her so far with the materials she had.

Now her scientific eye has turned towards other research - and to other subjects...

Frankenstein's greatest achievement is also a reminder of her continued failures. By siphoning the energies flowing into the Dreamless Nether, utilizing a complicated arrangement of memory shards, she has succeeded in reanimating a hulking monster she named 'Bob'. And yet, she knows that this creature only possesses a shadow of life, not the apparently true life that the Dreamer is able to return to Phantasia's lost heroes. And so, her endless research must go on.
