Awesome Music / Vs. Scourge.EXE: The Misfits Reborn

  • "Too Slow" starts off ominously with a slow remix of "Hill Act 1" with the player facing a petrified Scourge, before, after Scourge gets killed, quickly transforming into a panic-inducing song reminiscent of Sonic the Hedgehog's drowning theme (complete with a direct leitmotif). The Legacy version remixes the song, making it much less intense and more of a trance as the song speeds up towards the second half.
  • The heavy and fast-paced "You Can't Escape" showcases the unyielding rage boiling in Soul Scourge's mind as Boyfriend and Girlfriend deprive him of his power trip.
  • "Triple B Trouble" is an eight-minute long piece that puts a capstone on the mod's main week, as Boyfriend switches opponents between all four lost souls captured by Torment. And much like other songs in the mod, each individual segment finds a way to reference another song iconic to the character singing it.
  • "F1NAL B3SCAPE" has been planned to be the very last song of the Story Mode, with Bartholomew and Shaya having to book it from Torment as the duo well and truly give it their all. While remaining upbeat, it slows down a bit for one section as B3 reminisces on his friends' lives on the line, and a swing-like section accompanies Torment trying to keep all their four lost souls held down, which turns out to be All for Nothing as all four have B3's assistance. And then, the homestretch kicks in; B3 and Shaya teaming up with the four lost souls to truly finish the job, defeat Torment, seal the monster away and get back out of that game before it collapses with everything within.
