Draco, after killing the Queen, boards the train to Hogwarts. He proudly checks his American-made iPhone and learns that Trump has won the election, promising to make America great again and send in reinforcements for the Prayer Warriors(The scary thing is that Trump's policies are actually closer to what the Prayer Warriors would approve of than those of McCain or Romney). That said, Draco is worried that if Scotland falls to the enemy, Trump might have to bomb his own oil fields to prevent the Satanists from getting them. This recalls one of Saddam Hussein's actions while losing the Gulf War, and that isn't even the worst thing he did.
Interestingly enough, in the earlier version of this chapter, Draco and the other ex-Hogwarts students realize that Hogwats has re-established itself, and they plan on going in and converting everyone this time, as opposed to simply razing the school. That chapter was starkly different in tone, featuring a certain amount of Character Development on the Prayer Warriors' part as well as a greater degree of tolerance, but this one is business as usual.
After informing Michael of his progress, Draco boards the train, reading the Letter to the Romans and hoping to write something as good one day.
Suddenly, a dementor attacks. It's hard to tell whether it's on Hogwarts' side, since dementors are (rightly) feared even in the best of times, but in any case, it's an enemy.
The dementor sucks the soul out of a random man, killing him (in actuality, victims of the Kiss wish they were dead). Draco tries flashing a cross, evidently mistaking a dementor for a vampire, and calls upon God to help, which also fails, evidently proving that the dementor is stronger than Hades.
Of course, the dementor is not invincible, and a girl smashes its head into the ground. Draco knows to trust her immediately, and thanks her. Surprisingly enough, she introduces herself as none other than Sansa Stark.
