So, I skated both today and yesterday.
Yesterday was... eh. I was going to go skating with my sister, that is she was going to meet me there, but she couldn't even find a space. It was that crowded. There was barely enough room to work up enough speed to warm up a little. You could practice your agility dodging around other people, though. That's what I get trying to go on a weekend. :p
Today was, naturally, much better. The time seemed to go quickly, in fact. I was able to get quite warm, and it was a lot like the last session I blogged about. Turns all over the ice, backwards skating, sort-of-but-not-really-jump-type-things (:p). Again, still slowly working on the toes-out glide and the spin - it's hard to judge how close I'm getting to 'nailing' them, which I definitely am not quite yet. No music being piped in, which I was a little disappointed in. But the toddlers getting their lessons are always cute.
