Prologue: Welcomes and information

Hello, all who are currently reading this! This is the opening page of what will be the storage place for all my liveblogs of the Fire Emblem series of games. In here, I will be updating chapter by chapter as I play through the games and hopefully make those updates as fun to read as possible!

The next page will be a Table of Contents, since this will eventually get fairly large, and it will make categorizing which games are being covered in which liveblog installments much easier.

Continue forth onto the next page, and hopefully enjoy your time reading!

Light armored bow unit that promotes into a horseman. They are male only, and generally stronger and faster than archers, but they lack the skill and defense that tends to be associated with the class. Both classes are pretty good, and I don't hold any strong preference either way.

I remember killing the bastard in two turns with Marth, no deaths, just a Falchion and Warp staff.

Gender doesn't matter, I don't think. I don't like the idea of another bow-run, but ehh.

Well that was pretty fun, and I am glad everything turned out OK. Good show!

I am not sure if a bow only run would go as smoothly in New Mystery though. If I recall, New Mystery is much harder than Shadow Dragon. But if you want to, go for it.

Girl Archer for My Unit, if you want.

@Doctrian: Yeah, warp staves just break the game, and when you can one-round clear the endgame chapter and final boss, you know that's overpowered. Still fun as hell though.

As for the bow run thing, I'm continuing this run from Shadow Dragon into New Mystery, which is why I'm continuing the bow only restriction. To account for Otherarrows point about the increase in difficulty, I will make a few concessions about the Bow only thing, so hopefully that will spice it up a bit.

And that's one vote for Archer.
