Prologue: Welcomes and information

Hello, all who are currently reading this! This is the opening page of what will be the storage place for all my liveblogs of the Fire Emblem series of games. In here, I will be updating chapter by chapter as I play through the games and hopefully make those updates as fun to read as possible!

The next page will be a Table of Contents, since this will eventually get fairly large, and it will make categorizing which games are being covered in which liveblog installments much easier.

Continue forth onto the next page, and hopefully enjoy your time reading!

You don't actually have to recruit Lugh with Chad, although you can see their conversation if they meet up later.

Chad has pretty awesome growth rates IIRC and can be a great fighter for a while, but yeah, no promotion.

Theory is that Lugh and his brother you'll meet later are Nino's kids and the priest taking care of the orphanage may have been Lucius.

I don't think Lugh and his brother being Nino's sons is a theory, though Lucius being the priest definitely is. Her paired endings say that she gives birth to twins and well, it's hard to deny a family resemblance.

I'd heard about the twins, and damn if they don't look like Nino. They're even about the same age as she is when she joins, so it just goes even further. Sadly, even with good growths, Chad suffers from the same problem as Por!Sothe. No promotion making those great growths essentially useless after a certain point.

I've noticed that they are basically throwing characters at me. I've already got a party of about 13 or so people, and I've just reached chapter 4.

Yeah, that's going to continue basically the entire game.

2 in chapter 4.

None in chapter 5, surprisingly.

3 in chapter 6 and the first part of a multi-chapter recruitment.

3 in chapter 7.

4 in chapter 8 and the second part of that recruitment, out of three.

Gaiden.

2 in chapter 9.

And then route split number one. Speaking of that, good luck getting everything on 11A/10B.

A route split after chapter 9? Wait, number one means that there is another later on? Damn. Well alright then, this is going to get interesting.
