1* {{Anvilicious}}: The episode is not subtle at all about its themes of relation between workers and bosses, and the workers' rights. Considering how much of a controversy workman's rights are in real-life, which have arguably worsened in years since the episode premiered, [[ValuesResonance this ain't particularly a bad thing]].
2* HilariousInHindsight: Scrooge loses his memory and has to go to work at one of his own factories. While doing so, he learns what it's like to be one of his own employees. When he gets his memory back, he makes a number of changes that benefit his employees. Remove the amnesia element and you have ''Series/UndercoverBoss''.
3* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: Scrooge and M'Ma build a genuine and sweet relationship which remains even after Scrooge gets his memory back. Sadly, it's never brought up again.
