26	** As they celebrate their stealing spree, Andy Fairfax abruptly asks Pancho if they want to wrestle for fun, promising it won't be "anything weird", but doing so in a somewhat seductive tone. Later, he suggests it again a bit more overtly, and Mort agrees to it as long as it ''is'' weird.
27	** In the second to last episode, Julien and Mort assume that Clover is marrying another female lemur.
28	* JerkassWoobie: Julien mostly acts like an arrogant jerk, but in "Exiled", he goes through a lot - he loses his kingdom, which leads to him having HeroicBSOD and visions of his people, which are all crying for his help and asking why he abandoned them. Then later that season, [[spoiler: Maurice sacrifices himself and Julien goes through another HeroicBSOD, which leads to his death. While both of them turn out to be alive and well, in the last episode Julien reveals that he doesn't feel sure if he even deserves to be a king, as he only has the title because his uncle wanted to hide from fossa.]]
29	** Karl also qualifies if you think about it. His family pretty much treats him like garbage and his cockroach Chauncey is one of the only friends he ever has. It's hard to not want to hug him when he's driven to tears in a flashback episode because Julien completely ignores him on top of his family mistreating him.
30	* MorePopularSpinoff: While not to the same extent as ''WesternAnimation/ThePenguinsOfMadagascar'', ''All Hail King Julien'' is widely considered much better than the films, largely for the same reasons as the Penguins' own series and the fact that Maurice, Mort, and King Julien himself have far more characterization.
