1	* CompleteMonster (''Planet Eating Wings''): [[Characters/GodzillaTheGhidorahs King Ghidorah]] is the [[PlanetEater Exif's planet eating god]]. Arriving on Earth, Ghidorah's first act is to reduce everything in the area to a flaming wasteland and kill everything in sight. Fighting Godzilla, Ghidorah proceeds to sadistically mutilate and dismember the Monster King, [[JustToyingWithThem drawing the battle out]] to prolong his suffering as long as possible. After winning, Ghidorah continues laying waste to everything in sight to entertain himself while waiting for his consumption of the planet to complete. When overpowered by a Mothra-empowered Godzilla, Ghidorah decides to [[ColonyDrop launch the moon at the Earth]] in a [[TakingYouWithMe last act of spite]].
2	* CryForTheDevil: Despite being the BigBad of the entire trilogy, Godzilla Earth's brutal torture at the hands of Otaru Ghidorah has earned sympathy from the fans.
3	* RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap:
4	** While Godzilla Earth isn't truly hated, the character was labeled as a GenericDoomsdayVillain that does very little of interest on screen. However, this version removes all doubt and ire as Godzilla Earth shows a lot more emotions during his scenes combined with his vast prowess in battles and the creative uses of his powers.
5	** Same goes for Mechagodzilla, who actually gets an actual fight with Godzilla utilizing all the powers listed in his profile.
6	** King Ghidorah also got the same positive response ''before his film actually came out'', with his design and expressiveness alone having made many already prefer him. Come the actual film, Ghidorah maintains both his EldritchAbomination status showcased even ''more'' than in canon and has a gigantic battle with Godzilla Earth.
7	* ShockingMoments:
8	** [[spoiler: No one expected Godzilla Earth to fire spine lasers like in ''Shin Godzilla''.]]
9	** For that matter who expected [[spoiler: Godzilla Earth to use his own Spiral Ray? Or for Ghidorah to have his ''own version of it''.]]
10	** Ghidorah[[spoiler: ''engulfing the entire Earth'' in his wings.]]
11	** Ghidorah [[spoiler:[[ColonyDrop dropping the moon on Godzilla]], leading to a BeamOWar with it in the middle.]]
12	* UnexpectedCharacter: The main enemies that fight Godzilla Earth in the second short film are the Gotengo and super weapons, Super Xs and Garuda. There's even a Vulture!
13	* SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome:
14	** All the films are well-animated especially this was made by freeware animation program.
15	** Special notice goes to Godzilla Earth himself. While using the same design and scale as the trilogy itself, clever camera angels and body language manages to make a design many considered slow, clunky, and expressionless ''very'' expressive and give Godzilla Earth a definite personality.
