* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: "Don't Blame the Moon" by IO Perry, as heard in the werewolf episode.
** ALL of it.
* BizarroEpisode: "Hyralious, Mutant Monster". Ken Jeong in every role, even playing a poorly costumed {{Kaiju}}/offensive Asian stereotype. In addition, it is the only episode without conventional opening credits and the aforementioned {{Kaiju}} turns out to be a live-action man in a suit.
* CultClassic: The show only lasted two seasons and is one of the more obscure Creator/AdultSwim shows, yet people still remember it for its MonsterMash setting, its stop-motion animation and its sense of humor.
* FridgeLogic:
** Why didn't Lawrence just [[spoiler:find a Frankenhole that transferred him earlier than the night of his cursing? He could've warned Barbara, past-him, or hell, both of them to stay the hell away from the forest that night.]]
** In "H.P. Lovecraft's Vagina!", after [[spoiler:[[ItMakesSenseInContext Victor's penis was eaten by the Man-Pussy, rendering it unusable to impregnate himself,]]]] why didn't he use one of the Frankenholes to find himself from another time and explain why he needs to procreate with him? He said that the only person he was willing to let them penetrate him is himself, and a past Victor is ''technically'' still him.
* SugarWiki/MostWonderfulSound: Igor's "[[{{Catchphrase}} You got it]]" for some.
* {{Squick}}: Due to the show's copious amounts of RefugeInAudacity, there's several moments that can be kind of gross.
* SuspiciouslySimilarSong: {{Lampshade|Hanging}}d in "Humanitas" when Jesus sings a Styx song with slightly changed lyrics and an entirely changed melody specifically to avoid paying royalties.
* TheWoobie: Victor's creature.
** His speech in "H.G. Wells Scary Monster Contest" is almost TearJerker worthy.
