* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: "The Next Episode" of course.
** Actually, this applies to ''2001'' as a whole. Ditto to ''The Chronic'' and ''Compton''.
* CompleteMonster (Music/{{NWA}}'s "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcwkzBcQIXI One Less Bitch]]"): Dr. Dre's character is a ruthless pimp who only cares about money. Upon noticing the attractive prostitute Clara, Dre's character decides to pimp her to gain money. However, after accusing her of stealing from him, Dre's character ties her up to a bed and has her gang-raped by his friends before killing her. Later having a sexual relationship with Vicky, he decides to use her as well as a prostitute to gain money, but kills her when he finds out her husband is the District Attorney.
* HarsherInHindsight: The song "Keep Their Heads Ringing" will definitely hit different ever since Dre was hospitalized due to a brain aneurysm.
* HilariousInHindsight: The "Detox isn't dropping" meme ended up being prophetic, since as noted below, Dre eventually scrapped the album and released ''Compton'' instead.
* MemeticMutation: His song "The Next Episode" for Nate Dogg's closing line, "Smoke Weed Everyday." A heavy dose of BeamMeUpScotty has resulted in a lot of DirectorDisplacement, as both the song and the line are associated with featured artist Music/SnoopDogg.
** Detox isn't dropping[[labelnote: Explanation]]''Detox'', which was slated to be his third album, was stuck in DevelopmentHell, yet Dre kept on saying it would be released. Became somewhat of an AscendedMeme when Dre himself revealed [[https://consequenceofsound.net/2015/08/dr-dre-says-detox-is-dead/ that Detox had been cancelled]][[/labelnote]]
