->''"Hey, my name is Jobby, and today we're taking a look at TV Tropes!!"''

'''[[https://www.youtube.com/user/JobbytheHong/featured Jobby the Hong]]''' is a Website/YouTube channel [[VideoReviewShow focused on toy reviews]] from a wide range of franchises, such as ''Franchise/{{Transformers}}'', ''Franchise/{{Godzilla}}'' and various {{anime}} series. His videos are characterized by channel-wide {{Running Gag}}s, SurrealHumor, and lots and lots of CrossingTheLineTwice.
----
!!''Jobby the Hong'' provides examples of:
* AccentuateTheNegative: Generally averted, as Jobby tries his best to point out the good qualities of toys he doesn't like (or toys from works that he doesn't like). This is best shown with Bold Forms Gladius, where he considers the cool design and solid gun mode (compared to the figure's fiddly transformation and tendency to fall apart) to be a sign than the line could have potential for creating great figures going forward.
* AllAnimeIsNaughtyTentacles: Discussed in his review for Toys/{{Figma}} [[Manga/{{Guyver}} Guyver II F]], where he says that when he calls the ''Guyver'' anime he saw as a kid for adults, he doesn't mean tentacles, but that the anime the figure for the {{review}} is from ''does'' involve tentacles for the main character's TransformationSequence. He starts to show a clip from the anime where tentacles are about to wrap around the heroine before deciding that he will be demonetized for it, only to remember that the video's opening skit had him thrown his pants off (with his crotch pixelated) at the figure, so he shows a brief snippet (albeit with nothing NSFW being shown off) of her having the tentacles wrap around her.
* AlternativeCharacterInterpretation: {{Invoked}} in his review for the first live-action ''Film/{{Transformers|2007}}'' film, as Jobby questions why Optimus Prime seems so insistent [[HeroicSacrifice on sacrificing himself]] and comes to the conclusion that he is suicidal.
* AssShove: One of Jobby's running gags is to have a character or himself say "putitinmyass". He tried to get Creator/DavidKaye to say it thrice (and [[WhoWritesThisCrap unsuccessfully]] at that): the first two instances were during his review of the Masterpiece WesternAnimation/BeastWars Megatron (the first instance had Kaye suddenly stop from reading his line out); then the third one during his review of [=ToyWorld=]'s Beast General (a 3rd-party figure of Beast Wars Transmetals Megatron), where he just [[LittleNo flatly refuses.]]
* AwesomeButImpractical: This is a running theme in Jobby's review for [[WesternAnimation/TheTransformers MP-45 Bumblebee]], which aims for a robot mode with cartoon-accurate proportions and a super-deformed Volkswagen Beetle mode with opening doors. As the gimmick for said doors requires them to be hinged to what become the back of the robot mode's feet and can't completely hide away, the end result is what Jobby describes as "foot backpacks". Additionally, the figure uses a fake car roof for the chest to get the right proportions in robot mode, meaning the real car roof has to try to fold up onto the back and results in a mess of KibblesAndBits.
** Figures with very overcomplicated or obnoxious transformations, such as MP-44 Optimus Prime, Devil Savior DS-01 Split (Not Mixmaster), and DS-01 Crimson Wings (Not Starscream), elicit this reaction from him. While they do manage to transform into a really good alt mode or robot mode, the process to it tends to be more tedious than anything, and some of them like Crimson Wings' transformation risk damaging the figure itself. The really bad kind of transformations in particular has become a bit of a BerserkButton in his videos, and bringing it up in the Crimson Wings review literally drove Jobby to insanity, cutting to him knocked out on the couch naked.
* BestKnownForTheFanservice: Invoked for his review for Toys/{{Figma}} [[Music/{{Vocaloid}} Hatsune Miku]], where he lists off several things that he knows the character for, putting lots of emphasis on [[RuleThirtyFour the copious amounts of porn drawn of the character]] and having her music be a side-mention.
* BlackComedy: Very common, such as both of his Toys/{{Figma}} [[Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica Mami]] reviews featuring plenty of jokes about [[spoiler:her death by decapitation]].
* CatchPhrase:
** "Swivel here!"
** "Beautiful spread!"
** (''touches a sharp point on a figure'') "Oh, shit."
** "[[AssShove Putitinmyass!]]"
** "Madoka, Godzilla, Prime..."
** "Cold Touch Technique[[TradeSnark ™]]"
** "BUT JOBBYYYYYYYY!!!"
* CompassionateCritic: Some of the model kits he reviews are built and sent to him by friends or fans, and Jobby likes to give advice on how the modelers can improve their future builds (albeit while still maintaining his [[RefugeInAudacity style of humor]]).
* ComplainingAboutShowsYouDontWatch: Jobby disliked the first three films of the ''Film/TransformersFilmSeries'' so much that he refuses to watch the fourth and fifth films while still making jokes at their expense, even while admitting that he hasn't seem them.
* DarkerAndEdgier: His darker, more psychotic episodes are heralded by a ''Film/ShinGodzilla'' version of the above logo, with a more demonic "REE!"
* DespairEventHorizon:
** By the end of Jobby's Toys/{{Figma}} [[Music/{{Vocaloid}} Snow Miku]] review (the figure was a [[ShoddyKnockoffProduct bootleg]]), he's pretty much dead inside.
** Witnessing the high price of the already-terrible Bold Forms Gladius makes Jobby go insane before lying outside motionless in a chair.
* TheDissTrack: "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtoNMT1DtYU Review More Gundam]]", which is basically a self-diss, through the viewpoint of the annoying bunch of the Gundam-centered portion of his fanbase (represented by his "Gundam Ghost" persona.)
* DistractedByTheSexy: Tends to fixate on attractive features of the characters the figures represent, something he mocks often. [[StupidSexyFlanders This includes figures of male characters]], as shown with his Toys/SHFiguarts Anime/{{Devilman}} review talking about the figure's crotch bulge.
* DontTouchItYouIdiot: This ditter during the review of the Masterpiece Beast Wars Megatron, courtesy of [[Creator/DavidKaye the Predacon leader]] himself... sort of.:
-->''(Jobby hovers his finger above the button on the T-Rex head...)''\
'''Megatron:''' [[SayMyName JobbyTheHong]], you obnoxious anthropoid!\
'''Jobby:''' *(quick pause)* ...[[FlatWhat what?]]\
'''Megatron:''' Push that button one more time, and I will personally '''''[[RunningGag swivel]]''''' your head off of your shoulders! [[VerbalTic Yesss...]]\
''(Long beat, then)''\
'''Jobby:''' Bruh.\
''(Proceeds to button-mash anyway)''
* DudeNotFunny:
** In his review for [[Toys/SHFiguarts S.H. MonsterArts]] [[Film/GodzillaKingOfTheMonsters2019 King Ghidorah 2019]], Jobby says the jaw's limited ability to open up makes it look less like a roar and more like Ghidorah is reacting to an offensive joke, demonstrating by a short skit of Ghidorah gasping in response to Jobby making a breast cancer joke.
** Jobby's Franchise/Patlabor figure tries to arrest him multiple times during the review for several line-crossing jokes.
* EveryoneHasStandards:
** Even with his many DistractedByTheSexy jokes, he expresses distaste (and even subverts one of his other {{Running Gag}}s) over Toys/{{Figma}} [[Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica Mami]] having sculpted panties on a figure of a ''fourteen year-old''.
** This line from the "[=FansToys=] Rouge (Not Arcee)" review, when he complains about the tastelessness of alternate chest pieces that [[ItMakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext outright show nippled breasts for the robot]].
--->'''Jobby, after preempting accusations of hypocrisy:''' Bruh! Y'all know that I have no problem being horny, but if you're gonna be horny (''shows ad for the very voluptuous take on Arcee, the EX-01 Nicee'') do it right!
** Creator/DavidKaye has continuously refused to outright say "putitinmyass" in all of his appearances in three of Jobby's reviews.
* EyeScream: Parodied. Jobby mentions in his Toys/{{Figma}} Manga/{{Guyver}} that [[KidsShouldntWatchHorrorFilms he saw the show first as a kid]] and it "assaulted [his] eyes", complete with a clip from the anime of the titular character shooting out a monster's eyes.
* FishEyes: The charm point of his Godzilla-based mascot, as seen above.
* {{Filler}}: How he sees the human portions of ''Godzilla'' films he did see. He sees them as this with no emotional depth since ''Film/Godzilla1954'' did it properly, and he feels as if the audience have to sit through human scenes just so Godzilla can show up and fight a monster on-screen. He does ''not'' extend this thought about ''Film/GodzillaMinusOne'', since he actually enjoyed the dramatic scenes of the character-driven story and bothered to remember the characters involved, and showed concerned over how realistic Akiko's crying was.
* GagDub: "Voice Acting: X-Transbots Apollyon Comic" has Jobby read the comic included with the Apollyon figure with SayingSoundEffectsOutLoud, Apollyon interrupting Andras (to the latter's frustration), and Apollyon muttering gibberish before Jobby [[TakeThat just throws the comic into the garbage]].
** How the "putitinmyass" meme came to be was a result of this. For context: during his review of the Leader Class [[Film/TransformersFilmSeries Starscream]] figure, he lamented the fact that the figure's voice function did not use the iconic voice lines from Creator/CharlieAdler. He decided that he could do a better dubbing for the figure, by saying his line from the movie... Then he followed it up with the infamous line.
* GoMadFromTheRevelation:
** Jobby ends up going... a bit crazy after finding out the three Getter Machines' faces were on the Soul of Chogokin Getter Emperor's axe.
** One revelation outright results in a JumpScare for the audience in the Big Firebird EX-01 (Arcee) review:
--->'''Jobby:''' No... [[spoiler:''The car has a pussy.'']]
* GroinAttack:
** {{Invoked}} in his review of Soul of Chogokin's Voltron figure, as he decides to stick one of the figure's Solar Spears into his "pee hole" [[GoryDiscretionShot offscreen]].
** Also {{invoked}} in his review of Acoustic Wave (Not G1 Soundwave) with spring loaded compression pumps from Rumble. Twice, with the second time using two of them.
* IdiosyncraticRatingsScale: Jobby rate his toys with kisses; i.e. the figure is worth more based on how much mini Godzilla kisses he gave into that figure, ranging from 1 kiss (great), 2 kiss (awesome), 3 kiss (amazing), and the mythical 4 kiss (the last kiss he gave it himself) that only given to the selective figure he deemed perfect ([[WesternAnimation/BeastWars Masterpiece MP-41 Dinobot]], [[Anime/{{Voltron}} Soul of Chogokin Voltron/GoLion]] and [[Anime/DairuggerXV Vehicle Voltron/DairuggerXV]], [[EffectiveKnockoff Jiang Xing MetalBeast-01 Winged Dragon]] [[WesternAnimation/BeastMachines Not Megatron]], Planet X Vulcun [[VideoGame/TransformersFallOfCybertron Not Grimlock]], and Unique Toys Dragoon [[Film/TransformersTheLastKnight Not Megatron]]). Later videos put on more sensible five-point scale rating along with the kiss.
** The only exception to this rule were a [[ShoddyKnockoffProduct bootleg]] of [[Toys/{{Figma}} Figma Snow Miku]][[labelnote:*]]Product shatters on showcase, and he couldn't properly review it[[/labelnote]], [[Anime/DigimonAdventure02 Transforming Figure Imperialdramon]][[labelnote:*]]The figure has unconvincing transformation and generally being uglier and restrictive compared to the retro digimon evolving figures, which he considers to be run-of-the-mill toy and glorified paperweight than a premium figurine that he find with the newer Digivolving Spirits line[[/labelnote]], Bold Forms Gladius[[labelnote:*]]He outright rates it by hurling its own box on it. The nightmarish engineering used for it's triple transforming feature completely undermines it's rigidity aspect, as the figure cannot hold it's own limbs and poses nor does it tab or plug in on anything. Considering how Jobby handle his toys, it's no wonder why Jobby finds it unfun to play with, with the only real praise is [[DamnedByFaintPraise the super sleek Gun Mode and supposedly strong ratchet joints on it's limbs]][[/labelnote]], and Transformers Masterpiece [=MP-45=] Bumblebee 2.0[[labelnote:*]]Almost all of the figure's engineering cram all of the vehicle mode parts on it's back in a completely unflattering manner, which emphasizes his #[=BackLivesMatter=] argument even further and get him to coined the term "Cardboard Engineering" that he used as a serious criticism against Takara Tomy[[/labelnote]], which he considers mediocre at best and awful at worst.
* KibblesAndBits: Jobby started a joke that he calls #[=BackLivesMatter=] for mocking a trend found in later Franchise/{{Transformers}} Masterpiece figures where most of the vehicle parts that can't be integrated into the robot mode get shoved onto the back in an often unaesthetically-pleasing manner. He is very critical of MP-45 Bumblebee for not only shoving most of the car kibble onto the back (the figure uses a fake car roof for the chest, so the ''real'' car roof gets folded up onto his back in plain view), but also not having the back kibble tab in.
** In the same video Jobby also coined the term "Cardboard Engineering"[[labelnote:note]]It's when a transforming figure or something similar has an amazing presentation upfront, but the illusion breaks when you see it from the other angle, as if the engineering only covers the front of the figure and not anywhere else, like a cardboard cutout[[/labelnote]] in his criticism towards Takara Tomy who condone this practice, as he believes that a figure is a three-dimensional object and thus it must be presentable in all sides, not only upfront.
** He also doesn't like the inclusion of a gigantic backpack that's permanently included and grafted in Masterpiece-44 Optimus Prime 3.0, which is essentially a glorified talking feature that can't be removed and is there to fill a hole that could've been used to squeeze the other body parts, something that the [[EffectiveKnockoff Transform Element OP Leader]] was able to pull off.
* KidsShouldntWatchHorrorFilms: He mentions in his Toys/{{Figma}} Manga/{{Guyver}} review that he first saw the anime as a kid and was traumatized by the show's [[{{Gorn}} intense violence]], especially because he didn't know that animated shows could be so violent.
* LastSecondWordSwap: Creator/DavidKaye managed to dodge the prodding of saying "[[RunningGag putitinmyass]]" ever since the Masterpiece Beast Wars Megatron review, though two instances thereof fall squarely within this trope:
** The first would be by way of this line at the end of the [=TransArt=] Metal T-Rex review:
--->'''Kaye:''' [=JobbyTheHong=], you absolute Homunculus! You and your audience can take that ridiculous request, and promptly put... it... in... [[spoiler:yourface.]]\
''[[spoiler:(Cue Megatron blasting Jobby away)]]''
** The latest one would be when he makes TheCameo during Jobby's first [=YouTubers'=] panel appearance at the 2024 [=TFCon=]:
--->''(After greeting ang hugging Jobby, while the entire audience eggs him on to say the infamous line...)''\
'''Kaye:''' ...putitinmy-[[AttentionDeficitOohShiny hey look, it's a duck!]]
* MistakenForPedophile: Every time he shows off the hip articulation for the Toys/{{Figma}} Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica figures (requiring him to show up the skirts of the 14 year-old cast so the viewer can see the joints), a police siren can be heard in the background.
* Main/{{Montages}}: Has about two to three of them in each of his reviews:
** The Articulation Montage, consisting of shots of the figure/kit/toy getting its joints moved to their limits (Rotations, bends, and swivels aplenty);
** The Size Comparison Montage, where the featured figure/kit/toy gets compared to various other figures; and
** The TransformationSequence, usually when involving Franchise/{{Transformers}}-based toys, or figures with alternate appearances. To the tune of [[PublicDomainSoundtrack "Royalty-free Jazz"]]
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: After referencing Split during his DS-01 Crimson Wings review (To compare both figures' bad transformation sequences), Jobby ends up going insane and the video suddenly cuts to and ends on him butt-naked on the couch.
* NeverLiveItDown:
** Invoked in his review for [[WesternAnimation/TheTransformersTheMovie MP-28 Hot Rod]], where he says that he can never forgive said character for interfering with Optimus Prime and Megatron's battle and getting the former killed as a result. For extra context, the video's ''thumbnail'' shows a picture of Optimus' dead corpse and Jobby's usual intro is interrupted by Optimus telling Hot Rod to get out of the way.
** Happens again in his review of Fans Toys Sovereign not Galvatron. Despite praising the figure in and out, he wouldn't forget their previous work on Rouge for adding [[FanDisservice questionable features and option sets]].
* OverusedRunningGag:
** He lampshades how much of a gigantic meme "[[CatchPhrase Swivel here]]" has become while usually also saying that [[HypocriticalHumor he will continue to use it]].
** He has also milked the "Bad Comedy" meme from ''WesternAnimation/TheTransformersTheMovie'', especially when he reviews a Starscream figure.
* PoliticallyIncorrectHero: From his ''Film/TransformersRevengeOfTheFallen'' review:
-->'''Optimus Prime:''' "It is time to contain the China virus!"
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: Meanwhile, earlier from his ''Film/{{Transformers|2007}}'' review:
-->'''Megatron''': "There's only two genders!"
* PublicDomainSoundtrack: Transformation segments use "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLgIrkCxhSI royalty-free jazz]]" courtesy of [=KevinMacLeod=].
** BootstrappedLeitmotif: Any video of [=MacLeod=]'s ''Dispersion Relation'' on [=YouTube=] will most likely have comments from Jobby fans. So much so that he's made two sets of lyrics set to it, [[LyricalDissonance one despairing]] and [[TriumphantReprise one loving]].
* PsychoStrings: The droning beeping noise from [[Manga/MobileSuitGundamThunderbolt Ronald Reagan Other Side]] heralds the appearance of the Gundam Ghost, when Jobby even so much as hints at the idea of model kit building that he has no time for whenever a non-model kit toy still has some runners, is in need of custom paint, or even remotely resembles a Gundam.
* RageBreakingPoint: Jobby's review of the Bold Forms Gladius toy has more than a few instances of him screaming in horror, rage or both, but it's when he sees the tank mode falling apart that he goes batshit insane (in a hilariously surreal montage):
-->'''Jobby''': [[TemptingFate But at least]] this mode fits ''together'' real nice...ly...? ({{Beat}}) '''''GRRRUUUUUAAAA--'''''
* RunningGag: Frequent use of Ainsley Harriot's memetic expressions and quotes, for one.
* {{Sampling}}: His usage of "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ULUBR7BGZE Ronald Regan Other Side]]" from ''Manga/MobileSuitGundamThunderbolt'', in his [[TheDissTrack self-diss]] "Review More Gundam".
* SanitySlippage: His review for EX-01 [[HotterAndSexier Nicee]] is constantly intercut with Jobby's gradual descent into dark madness...due to the fact he's doing his damnest [[spoiler: not to cave in from reviewing an insanely sexualized robot figure in No Nut November. He fails the challenge and gives in to the urge]].
* SelfDeprecation: He likes to make fun of himself, often having some of his {{Take That}}s lampshade how they also apply to him. His review of the ''Toys/RobotSpirits'' [[Anime/MobileSuitGundamUnicorn Unicorn Gundam]] has him call the ''Robot Spirits'' line for people who "actually have a life to attend to" and don't have time to build model kits before reminding everyone that he builds model kits himself.
* ShoddyKnockoffProduct:
** The Toys/{{Figma}} [[Music/{{Vocaloid}} Snow Miku]] he ordered ended up being one, as evidenced by how many of its joints were broken straight out of the package.
** Zigzagged with many third party Transformers he's reviewed. The aversions at times often even outdo official products (or, in the case of ''Jiang Xing Winged Dragon'' ''WesternAnimation/BeastWars'' Transmetal 2 Megatron, forms of characters unlikely to get new toys), with Jobby preferring many of them to their official Masterpiece offerings price-wise and [[KibblesAndBits engineering-wise]]... and ''then'' there's Bold Forms Gladius (which falls apart incredibly easily and its price [[DespairEventHorizon makes Jobby go insane]], especially because the figure doesn't try to learn from MP-36 Megatron) and Planet X Triton (the video is titled "The Most DISAPPOINTING Transformer").
* SpecialGuest: His Masterpiece WesternAnimation/BeastWars Megatron and [=ToyWorld=] Beast General reviews feature voice appearances from Creator/DavidKaye, voicing Megatron as well {{as himself}}, specifically recorded for the videos. He even returned for the [=TransArt=] BWM-06 Metal T-Rex review, with greater dialogue involvement as well.
--->''(During the Metal T-Rex review)''\
'''Kaye:''' ''(To Jobby)'' You still owe me a Lego Stream. (Flashes tweet of Kaye's Lego Arishem the Judge figure)
** Creator/KellenGoff also appears AsHimself in the ''Film/TransformersRevengeOfTheFallen'' review, where he reveals himself to be a fan of the movie, robot testicles and all (Though he later clarified that the movie is more of a "guilty pleasure" of his.)
* StealthPun: Cleverly hidden in the Bold Form Gladius review when the titular toy is turned into a pack of noodles after being put in the dryer.[[labelnote:For those who don't get it...]]The toy feels like a pack of wet noodles to pose and play with. A situation that would later be known as the term Spaghetti Engineering.[[/labelnote]]
* SuicideAsComedy:
** Reviews of ''Franchise/{{Transformers}}'' characters who turn into guns tend to involve at least one joke of Jobby putting the gun mode up to his head. He's also occasionally joked about the videos being the only thing keeping him alive.
** Jobby's review for ''Film/{{Transformers|2007}}'' has him come to the conclusion that Optimus' desire to perform a HeroicSacrifice is because he must be suicidal, and acts out a scene where Optimus tells Sam that he hates everything and wants to die.
* SurrealHumor: Very much so. One particularly memorable example is from his Bold Forms Gladius review, where he throws the figure into his washing machine to turn it into a pack of noodles that he then eats before vomiting (as the figure's tank mode again) it up into his toilet and hitting it with various appliances as the screen's colors change.
* TakeThat:
** The ''Film/TransformersFilmSeries'' and by extension Creator/MichaelBay are on the receiving end of a lot of jokes, with Jobby poking fun at how he dislikes the films yet supports them by buying their [[MerchandiseDriven toys]] anyway. He did, however reevaluate the first film and decide that it's solid.
** [=YouTube's=] copyright and demonetization policies tend to be mocked whenever Jobby gets an opportunity to do so. His "COPYRIGHT CLAIM REVIEW" video is one big critique on said system.
** When bringing up the more "baby toy" promotions made for 01 Studio Cell (Unicron), he's quick to make a shout out towards a certain popular toy reviewer Youtuber.
--->'''Jobby:''' What am I? [[WebVideo/RyanToysReview A kid with a Youtube channel whose parents only love him for money?]]
* TakeThatAudience: He likes to mock his own viewers at times.
** The recurring character Franchise/{{Gundam}} Ghost is meant to poke fun at fans upset at him not being able to upload videos focusing on ''Gundam'' model kits anymore due to his work schedule.
** Next most common would be him wearing an Optimus Prime mask representing the nitpickers to his points. ALWAYS heralded by a very nasally "BUTJOBBYYYYYY!"
** His [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys4 Five Nights at Freddy's Nightmare Freddy Funko]] review has him mention that he doesn't like the VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys fanbase, and then compares it with several other fandoms. The last one is ''his own'' fandom, complete with a WallOfText featuring [[OverusedRunningGag swivel memes]].
** Jobby's [[WesternAnimation/TheTransformers MP-45 Bumblebee]] review features a skit where Takara's CEO tells their lead designer to give the figure opening doors and a Spike figure, and brushes off concerns about the gimmick making the robot mode look awful by saying (while turning to the screen) that "those brainwashed Transformers fans" will buy it anyway.
* TemptingFate: As Jobby finishes talking about the tank mode for Bold Forms Gladius, he says that at least it all fits together very nicely... right as one of the treads falls off. [[RageBreakingPoint This is enough for his sanity.]]
* ToughActToFollow: Invoked for his Bold Forms Gladius review, where he gets especially disappointed with the figure after comparing it to [[WesternAnimation/TheTransformers the official Masterpiece MP-36 Megatron]], stating that he supports the creation of more Megatron figures, but adding that companies that don't try to top or learn from MP-36 shouldn't bother.
* VideoReviewShow: Focused on toys, although he tends to briefly dive into the source material before talking about the toys themselves, sometimes to say that he hasn't watched whatever media the figure comes from.
* WhoWritesThisCrap: In his Masterpiece WesternAnimation/BeastWars Megatron review, Creator/DavidKaye (yes, the same David Kaye who voiced Megatron) was meant to end a line with Megatron gloating about obtaining the Golden Disk with "[[AssShove putitinmyass]]", but Kaye was left speechless before breaking character and saying that he can't bring himself to read it. This was brought up again at the end of the review.
-->'''Megatron:''' (Triumphantly) With the Golden Disk finally within my grasp, I possess the unlimited power to...\
''(Cue part of the script which obviously says "putitinmyass"...)''\
'''Kaye:''' Errr... I can't. No. I just can't. [[{{Corpsing}} I just can't...]]
* WorstWhateverEver: Jobby calls Bold Forms Gladius the "worst experience [he's] had playing with a toy", but notes that the bootleg Toys/{{Figma}} [[Music/{{Vocaloid}} Snow Miku]] was a close second.
* YouDontLookLikeYou: Discussed at times for his reviews of figures from the ''Film/TransformersFilmSeries'' where he admits that he thinks certain designs are fine, but that they just don't resemble their ''Generation One'' counterparts very well. In his [=DX9=] La Hire (3rd party ''Film/TransformersTheLastKnight'' Hot Rod) review, he hates how the movie design takes no cues from the [[WesternAnimation/TheTransformersTheMovie original Hot Rod's]] unique design (even if Jobby hates said Hot Rod's character), but that the design is decent on its own.
