Unfortunately, both of his countries have a 4x weakness to Water and Grass with their Rock and Ground typing and there's rain which boosts the Water move power by 50% beforehand. Picked England, he's pathetic. Picked Colony US, there's no rain benefit but it's still no issue. He can only pose a challenge if the player picked the Fire-type Grand Duchy of Moscow, but the Water type Mayotte is available.
