She did however clarify that she enjoyed being able to play the character.
2	* CreatorCouple: In the English dub, Katelyn Gault voiced Mirelia Q. Melromarc and her husband Creator/KyleMcCarley was the ADR writer.
3	* CreatorsPest: Among the detractors of Malty/Myne is her own English voice actress, Creator/FayeMata, who shares the fandom's hatred for the character.
4	* CrossDressingVoices: In the Latin American Spanish dub, Kiel, a female Demi-Human, is voiced by the male Emilio Rafael Treviño.
5	* FollowTheLeader: Following the web novel's premiere, several other web novels such as ''Literature/ArifuretaFromCommonplaceToWorldsStrongest'' copied the starting premise: multiple characters in an isekai, with the protagonist being the weakest and betrayed as a result.
6	* IAmNotSpock: Malty's English voice actress, Creator/FayeMata, has found herself needing to go uncredited for most of her later appearances due to harassment from overzealous fans acting as if she's truly as despicable as the character she plays.

8	** Everyone from the 2017 drama CD was recast for the anime, which was released three years later. For example, Naofumi, voiced by Creator/TatsuhisaSuzuki in the drama CD, is now voiced by Creator/KaitoIshikawa.

The English dub did premiere on Crunchyroll on the same day as in Japan until episode 16, when a week was skipped and episodes 17 and 18 were released at the same time with no explanation. Starting with episode 19 the dub was delayed two weeks also with no explanation.
