1	At the head of the GUAP is the Preservation Council. They serve to enforce the rules of the alliance, determine how to achieve preservation and lead the other factions. Gaea serves as the ringleader, because of her size [[GeniusLoci also the base of operations]]. However it is still a Council, and thus equal in power within the alliance. It is split up into Gaea's forces, and the Faction Leaders who command the different sub-sets of the pantheon.

3	As the command center of the GUAP, it is heavily defended. Fortresses have been crafted from Gaea's body, which she has full control of. Though usually a LazyBum, she will use all the extent of her power to protect it.
