'''The Rager'''

Lord Hater captures various rulers and plans to execute them the next day, so Wander tries to work off their "last night alive" by throwing a party for them. Hater ends up joining in on the fun as well, forgetting entirely about his mission to reach the top of the Galactic Villain Leaderboard.

!!Tropes appearing in ''The Rager''

* BreakingTheFourthWall: Lord Hater does this a couple times.
* ButHeSoundsHandsome: When Lord Hater (as King Schmater) tries to make small talk with the rulers describes them as "Totally legit kings celebrating being destroyed by the terrible and handsome Hater."
* CallBack: The imprisoned rulers are all characters from previous episodes - Prince Cashmere from "The Troll", Drakor and Demurra from "The Hero", Destructor from "The Epic Quest of Unfanthomable Difficulty", and so on.
** Not to mention that a lot of the background music is remixed versions of previous songs.
* ContinuityNod: Hater manages to climb his way to the 3rd spot of the villain leader board. But drops back below the top 10 at the end.
* FaceDoodling: Happens to Peepers.
* GoToYourRoom: Peepers says these exact words to Lord Hater, including an "and think about what you've done!" at the end.
* LampshadeWearing: Lord Hater wears one at his own party.
* LastDayToLive: Mentioned several times throughout the episode.
* NeverSayDie: Lord Hater's intention is clearly to ''execute'' the disposed rulers, but he never uses that word. Nor does he ever use the word "kill".
* PaperThinDisguise: Hater's disguise to get into the party consists of a long beard and a crown and calling himself "King Schmater". It only manages to fool the Watchdog bouncer.
* StartMyOwn: Hater decides to have his own party that he claims will be much better than Wander's. Cut to him and a couple of Watchdogs, (one of whom is comatose on a gurney hooked up to an EKG meter), none of whom is clearly having fun (the one on the gurney even flatlines briefly before being shocked back to life).

Hater is excited when he meets his villain hero, Major Threat, but is shocked to hear that he has been recently reformed after a visit from a familiar space traveler. Hater tries all he can do to turn Threat evil again.

!!Tropes appearing in ''The Good Bad Guy''

* BatmanGambit: Major Threat only pretended to revert to evil to get Hater to act more like Wander.
* BerserkButton: Hitting people seems to be one for Jeff.
* BrokenPedestal: Hater experiences this after learning his idol, Major Threat, has made a HeelFaceTurn. He then tries to turn him back to villainy.
* ButHeSoundsHandsome: Hater about bad guys in general while dressed as "Sunshine Banjo Face".
-->'''Hater''': When the bad guys come a-creepin' And lookin' really cool
* CallBack:
** Lord Hater is working his way from the bottom of the Top 10 which he dropped to in the last episode.
** Major Threat reveals that "Tumbleweed" , the wanderer who turned him to good, really ''is'' Wander by reminiscing about how he did the whole "[[Recap/WanderOverYonderS1E2ThePicnicTheFugitives Mustard or Mayo]]" routine on him too.
* ContinuityNod:
** Lord Hater calls Wander "Sunshine Banjo Face" like he did in "The Fremergency Frontact".
** Hater impersonates Wander to try and get Threat to reform; Wander impersonated Hater back in "The Whatever".
* ADayInTheLimelight: For Lord Hater.
* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment: Lord Hater describes Major Threat as "the evilest evil-doer - that ever do-ed evil".
* DidNotThinkThisThrough: While trying to make Major Threat return to villainy, it doesn't occur to Lord Hater that Major Threat may want to conquer the same galaxy he wants.
* TheDreaded: Lord Hater is terrified of having Major Threat as a [[EvilVersusEvil rival]] for galactic domination.
* DreadfulMusician: Lord Hater attempts to play the banjo and sing like Wander. He isn't good to say the least.
* FaceHeelTurn: Major Threat does this briefly and takes over the Hater Empire, though it turns out he was only faking it.
* FlatWhat: Peepers's and the Watchdogs' reaction when they see Lord Hater dressing and behaving like Wander.
* GoneHorriblyRight: Hater's efforts to make Jeff become Major Threat again cause the latter to take over his empire.
* HeelFaceTurn: Major Threat, curtesy of Wander. He also believes that Lord Hater made one by the end.
* JawDrop: Commander Peepers. Although it's more of a lower eyelid drop.
* KickTheDog: When Lord Hater beats up Peepers; especially when he does it just to make Major Threat mad enough to return to villainy.
* LittleNo: Hater repeatedly when he realizes Wander is the one who turned Major Threat good.
* MindOverMatter: Major Threat's powers of telekinesis.
* NothingCanStopMeNow: The words Lord Hater and later Major Threat use to tempt fate.
* PaperThinDisguise: Lord Hater disguised as Wander. Major Threat sees through the disguise and the lousy acting but takes it for a sign there's some good in Hater.
* PredecessorVillain: Major Threat is Lord Hater's idol and "pretty much the reason" Hater "got into villainy in the first place".
* SayingSoundEffectsOutLoud: Before Hater sings to Threat, he does the "whoop" sound when taking out his own banjo.
* ShoutOut: Major Threat's appearance is based on [[Literature/CthulhuMythos Cthulhu]].
** Lord Hater saying "Arroo?" is a shout-out to ''WesternAnimation/ScoobyDoo''
* SirVerbALot: While dressed as "Sunshine Banjo Face", Lord Hater calls Major Threat "Sir Frownsalot".
* SkywardScream: Hater does one after finding out that Wander convinced Major Threat to perform a HeelFaceTurn.
* TemptingFate: Right after conquering enough planets to get ninth place at the villain scoreboard, Hater declares "Nothing can stop me now" and Major Threat shows up right after that. It becomes a BrickJoke when, after reverting back to evil, Major Threat takes over these planets and Hater's spot at the scoreboard and declares "Nothing can stop me now". Hater shows up dressed like Wander. Subverted in the second case because Major Threat just wanted Hater to show some good.
* ThatManIsDead: Ever since his HeelFaceTurn, Major Threat prefers to be called "Jeff".
* ThatRemindsMeOfASong: Lord Hater sings his own butchered rendition of "If You Wander Over Yonder".
* VillainEpisode: Yet another episode where Lord Hater is the protagonist.
* YourHeadAsplode: Happens to Hater at the end when he discovers it was, without a doubt, Wander who reformed Major Threat.
