At first, Leonard just lets Sheldon take things, but soon Leonard gets irritated because it sounds like Sheldon's just going to come up with per-item rationalizations to take every item of value.

8	So Leonard decides to take the apartment flag Sheldon designed, and use it as a toga, with no underwear on. This quickly escalates to Sheldon renting out his former bedroom to Theodore (Creator/ChristopherLloyd), a homeless man and occasional blood donor, for $1.

10	Meanwhile, Raj and Stuart (Creator/KevinSussman) compete to be the most helpful to a pregnant Bernadette. Stuart wants to be indispensable because he was evicted from his apartment and the Wolowitz home seems to be the only place he can go.
