* BookEnds: The series begins and ends with Casey and Jarrod exchanging towels.
* BossRush: The final battle.
* ConservationOfNinjutsu:
** In the final battle, every single "special" monster, like Phantom Beasts, Five Fingers of Poison, Red Shadow Guards and Overlords is revived. The Rangers and their masters deal with them quite easily, considering how much trouble some of them caused ''alone.''
** Downplayed with the original three rangers, being that although they are able to defend against 5 monsters at the same time, they would have lost if they had not been saved by their masters.
* HeelFaceTurn: Jarrod and Camille toward the end of the series. Although Jarrod, while a JerkAss, wasn't actually evil before being (unwillingly) possessed by Dai Shi.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: Instead of remaining in exile with Jarrod, Camille chose to help the Rangers defeat her former master Dai Shi.
-->'''Camille:''' The Yellow Ranger [[Recap/PowerRangersJungleFuryS1E11PushedToTheEdge once told me, inside I was a good person]], I'm gonna prove she was right.
* SeriesFauxnale: Had Jetix Europe and Bandai not persuaded Disney to do [[Series/PowerRangersRPM one more season]], this would've been the final episode of the franchise.
* VillainDecay: Although this applies to all villains due to the ConservationOfNinjutsu, Scorch is the biggest example, being that he suffered Decay in the same episode, before he died for the first time he was able to beat the old masters, and the rangers needed a combo attack to beat him, when revived after a few minutes, Casey is able to fight at his level on his own.
