In a twist, the world is actually ''better'' in most ways except for ones directly related to the protagonists; Merlyn is a simple family man, Thawne has used his scientific knowledge to vastly improve the world, and Snart is basically just screwing around stealing stuff he already owns instead of anything more destructive. The only real problem is Damien turning Star City into his personal fiefdom and killing everyone who stands up against him. Everything else is just the Legion screwing over the Legends in petty ways.
