Go To

The Caballeros head to Mexico after noticing Felldrake's activity there. Meanwhile April, May, and June hatch a plan for Donald to go on a date with Daisy while he's adventuring.
----
* BadDate: Daisy's date with Donald didn't go well, seeing as "Donald" was April and June stacked on top of each other holding a Mirror which Donald used to communicate from afar. This leads them to not properly pour tea (and breaking the teacup) and Daisy getting her foot stomped on a few times while dancing.
* BeenThereShapedHistory: The Sheldgoose family is responsible for almost every catastrophe in history.
* CheatersNeverProsper: Death points out Sheldgoose bringing in a foreign object as well as Panchito accepting outside help was cheating (though the latter was technically all Daisy's fault). He then kills all of them.
* ChekhovsSkill: Panchito's random Wrestler moments in the show are put to the test here. He's a fantastic fighter, but [[ThouShaltNotKill his morals prevent him from going through with it.]]
* CombatByChampion: The Gods of Life and Death are immortal so they choose mortals to fight for them as a symbolic tradition.
* DisqualificationInducedVictory: The heroes attempt to run the clock in the third round with Panchito and Sheldgoose having each of the previous. Unfortunately, both outside forces interfered resulting in ''all'' of them losing the game, and their '''''lives''''' (save for Xandra, who is immortal). As a result, the God of Death decides that the God of Life wins by default.
* TheDogBitesBack: The referee rings the bell by plucking a tail feather from another chicken, causing him to hit the bell with his head. As the match goes out of control, the bell ringer gets his revenge by hitting the referee with the bell.
* DownerEnding: The Caballeros (and Sheldgoose, Feldrake, and Leopold) are ''killed''. Donald's second date with Daisy also goes south.
* DuelToTheDeath: The wrestling match turns out to be this.
* GodInHumanForm: Death takes the form of a handsome guacho who dances with Xandra. The God of Life is also the chicken José danced with.
* HypocriticalHumor: After seeing Panchito enjoying being pampered like a god and José dancing dancing with a beautiful chicken, Xandra wonders if she is the only one who isn't seduced by the party. Seconds later she is allured into a dance by a handsome guacho.
* JerkassGods: The God of Life and Death pick mortals to fight to the death in a wrestling match for their own amusement. They seem unfazed by it and treat it like a game.
* LightIsNotGood: Both the gods of Life and Death reside in the Sun. The former's in with the latter on their gladiatorial murders and is pretty content about having won by default, unconcerned about it having cost several lives.
* MythologyGag: Daisy brings up her friend WesternAnimation/{{Minnie|Mouse}} in a conversation.
* NeverSayDie: Completely averted. The handsome gaucho rubs it in when Xandra asks if the match is to the symbolic death.
-->'''Handsome Gaucho:''' Oh no, I mean die die. Like dead-dead. Forever dead. '''Dead'''.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: A two-fer.
** Donald unwittingly causes Daisy to see through the nieces' deception when he shouts at the wrestling audience to quiet down.
** Daisy, '''big time'''. Not only does she literally break the nieces' only way of contacting the Cabs, but also indirectly got them (and to an extent, Felldrake and his minions) killed.
* NoBodyLeftBehind: Death disintegrates who he kills.
* OurHeroIsDead: The Three Caballeros die at the end of the episode.
* SpannerInTheWorks: Donald's desperation to win back Daisy soon leads to everyone's deaths in the arena, though his nieces crazy plan to use the magic mirror for his date plays a part in it.
* StringTheory: In the beginning of the episode the Caballeros come home to see April, May, and June having this in thier whole house looking very tired. They connect the Sheldgoose family to every major disaster, including nuclear bombs and Titanic sinking.
* OhCrap: Both Xandra and Panchito have this when they realize it's a fight to the death.
* PaperthinDisguise: The girls disguise themselves as Donald by standing on each other and holding a mirror in front of their face. Subverted in that Donald is still speaking, he's just not physically there.
* ProWrestlingEpisode: A wrestling match to the death between Panchito and Sheldgoose. The former is a MaskedLuchador, the latter is a collegiate wrestler.
* ReptilesAreAbhorrent: The Goddess of Life has a snake head and she is a {{Jerkass God|s}} who is complicit in the match to the death.
* SnakePeople: The beautiful green chicken José was dancing with turns out to be one, hiding her true form under a mask.
* TalkToTheFist: After Daisy finds out what was going on Donald tries to explain himself but Daisy is not interested and promptly punches the mirror in retaliation.
* ThisIsGonnaSuck: May believes that their plan to have Donald date Daisy remotely, via magic mirror, will end badly. It does spectacularly.
* TotemPoleTrench: April and June do this to disguise themselves as Donald, with Donald speaking through the mirror to make it seem like he's still there.
* ThouShaltNotKill: Panchito refuses to win the final round of the wrestling match since he knows Sheldgoose will die if he loses.
* WhamEpisode: The main heroes and villains, apart from Xandra, are all killed.
* YouHaveGotToBeKiddingMe: May is incredulous from the get-go about April and June's TotemPoleTrench plan and is even more dismayed when it actually starts working (at first).
