1	Victor acquires a cape that gives him super-powers, and gets carried away with the idea of being a superhero, attempting to perform good deeds across the land as Super-Vic... and bungling every attempt. Unfortunately for U.Z.Z., the kid supervillain that Victor took the cape from is the son of the one super-criminal that U.Z.Z. fears above all others... Eartha Quakea.
