!!This episode contains examples of:

* ActuallyPrettyFunny: Will is mortified to find out that he just insulted a group of people with Down's Syndrome and doesn't want his friends to know. They find out and, although initially horrified, they think it's hilarious.
* CallingShotgun: Simon picks up Will first. Will naturally sits on the front seat, and when they stop to pick up Jay, Simon and Will both get out of the car to greet him. When Will is about to get back to the front seat, Jay instantly calls shotgun. Will has not heard of shotgun before, and it is explained to him, after which Jay and Simon insist he should sit at the backseat. Cue one of Will's usual "unwritten rule I have never about heard before or just don't like" rants.
* CringeComedy: Will's explosive reaction to a group of people getting to go on the front row of a ride in Thorpe Park without queueing. And then realising that they all have severe Down's Syndrome.
* DiggingYourselfDeeper: The boys queue for the front-row seats but (apart from Will) lose out at the last minute. Despite being told to by both his friends and the attendant to shut up and sit down, he continues to loudly complain about the "inconsiderate arseholes" who pushed in front. He then sits down next to them, only to find out that he's just insulted two kids with Down's Syndrome. Oops.
* DisabilityAsAnExcuseForJerkassery: The group of people with intellectual disabilities trash Simon's car simply because Will called them arseholes.
* DoubleStandardRapeFemaleOnMale: Simon's driving test examiner makes him visibly uncomfortable by flirting with him and touching him inappropriately. It is very strongly implied that he only passed his test because she felt him up, but this is played for laughs.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Will is horrified when he realises he accidentally insulted two boys with Down's syndrome. The others are shocked at first, then start laughing.
* GoingCommando: Neil is naked under his Mr. Monkey costume at Thorpe Park, much to the disgust of the others.
* GuiltByAssociationGag: Will accuses three people of pushing in and calls them "inconsiderable arseholes", who then find out that they are disabled. The disabled people get back at Will by vandalising Simon's car.
* HiddenDepths: You wouldn't expect a ninny like Will to be a roller coaster buff, would you? Though in keeping with character, he gets queasy and frightened when he actually gets around to ''riding'' the things.
* {{Jerkass}}: Neil's co-workers at Thorpe Park. We don't see them, but they've stolen Neil's clothes from his locker at least three times, the third occurring in the episode itself, and the last time they stole his clothes, they ''set them on fire''.
* JerkassHasAPoint: It was pretty inconsiderate of the Down's Syndrome kids to cut in front of Will in a queue he'd been in for hours, then refuse to move. He probably didn't need to call them "arseholes", but he had every right to be annoyed.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone?: Will finds out that there is only one more room at the front of the Nemesis Inferno. Will furiously accuses the three people of pushing in and calls them "inconsiderable arseholes", only to find out that they are disabled.
-->'''Will:''' I'm the worst human being in the world.
* MyNewGiftIsLame: Simon is delighted to learn that as a present for passing his driving test, his parents have bought him a car. He's less delighted when he finds that it's a bright yellow Fiat Cinquecento that's over ten years old [[note]] the car has M-registration plates, meaning that it was made in 1994, fourteen years before this episode was first broadcast [[/note]].
-->'''Will:''' Is that a tape deck?
* NeverMyFault: Jay refuses to accept responsibility for breaking the door on Simon's car, even though it only became detached from the rest of the vehicle because he opened it while Simon was reversing, despite being told not to.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Will and Jay are happy to mock Simon's car, but are nevertheless OK with getting lifts in it.
* ThePreciousPreciousCar: Simon gets a car from his parents after passing his driving test. On its first trip with its new owner, it suffers the first of many indignities.
* ShoutOut: Will tells the others that he once waited three hours for the "Franchise/IndianaJones" ride in Disneyland Paris.
* TemptingFate: Will's narration says he hopes the others won't find out he accidentally insulted two boys with Down's syndrome. Moments later, they do, and even they are shocked.
