Here, they ''were'' a government program, but [[FaceHeelTurn have become an outright terrorist group]], filled with nothing but utter hatred for any aliens along with {{cult}}-like tendencies.
8	* AndShowItToYou: J'onn uses his phasing to grab the second Metallo's kryptonite core through his back, allowing him to see it before pulling it back through him.
