They are both Xyz Pendulum monsters with Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, both of their effects work if an Xyz monster was used to summon them and they both can attack multiple times in 1 turn. But while Rebellion resembles Dark Rebellion more and destroys monsters and deals effect damage, Raging resembles Odd-Eyes more and completely nukes the field and gains power from it.
