A blood-covered Angela/Peter is standing completely still, [[NightmareFace eyes and mouth wide open]], breathing like an animal while holding a hatchet, their male genitalia in view, and the dimly lit woods around them. What made this even creepier is that the actor is wearing an OffModel mask of Angela's face, the mouth elongated. Many nightmares were had by the children of the 1980s.
11	* The scene where the aunt calmly says that "Angela will be a lovely name" for Peter. Think about it: she's forcing her traumatized nephew into pretending he's his sister ''just because she already has a son''.
12	* Judy's [[CruelAndUnusualDeath horrific death scene]]. She's held down with a pillow while Angela grasps a hot curling iron before shoving it into (most likely) her vagina. Only the shadows are shown, but you can hear her skin sizzling as the iron is pressed inside.
13	* Though he deserved it, Artie's burns (pictured), leaving him unable to do anything but scream in wretched pain.
14	* Billy’s death, in which he’s [[BeeBeeGun stung to death by bees]] after the killer drops a beehive into the toilet stall he’s using (after barring the stall door to prevent his escape), is skin-crawling as well. Extra points go to the closeup shot of his corpse, [[{{Squick}} swarming with bees and very nasty stings]].
15	* While she [[AssholeVictim absolutely deserved it]], Meg's death is extremely horrifying. Not just a standard shower ambush - Angela stabs her through the wall of the cubicle, ''carving up her spine'' while she howls in pain. We see the blood seeping through the wall cracks and all!
16	* [[WouldHurtAChild Artie]] in general, he's a pedophile who uses his authority to try and [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rape Angela]] and threatens Ricky with violence to stop him from exposing his disgusting ways. He manages to be nearly as terrifying as Angela, the main antagonist, without any of her sympathetic or redeeming qualities. [[PayEvilUntoEvil Thankfully, he leaves the picture rather early as a result of Angela tipping a pot of scalding water on him]].
17	* A more minor one, but Angela's [[ThousandYardStare blank, unblinking, unflinching stare]] can be...''[[https://needcoffee.cachefly.net/needcoffee/uploads/2008/01/scamp1.jpg disconcerting]]'' at times.
