3	You thought a [[WesternAnimation/CloneHigh hilarious animated teen melodrama parody starring clones of historical figures]] would be a breeze, right? Well, you would be mistaken.

5	* Music/MarilynManson ''[[BodyHorror ripping his own chest open]],'' and him not being affected at all.
6	** And the NightmareFace he pulls while breathing fire and howling the words "...Or you'll ''[[MetalScream diiiiiiiIIEEEE!]]''"
7	* Also, Poncé's CruelAndUnusualDeath (pictured to the right) is quite unsettling. First, he suddenly gets his hands cuffed by six pack rings and his face lacerated by candy wrappers. Then, a straw with cranberry apple juice jams into his neck and gets his head covered by a plastic bag. Next, he slips into a banana peel, gets a nasty hemorrhage from hitting the back of his head hard into a glass jar and finally, '''the entire plastic bag gets quickly filled with his own blood as the poor bastard drowns'''.
8	* Abe constantly slicing his mouth open in the [[YouMeanXMas Snowflake Day]] special. ''[[RuleOfThree Three times]].''
9	** The first time this happens, when Napoleon forces Abe to eat glass, is easily the most disturbing of the three. The horrifying crunching sound that plays as he chews the broken glass shards makes the scene nearly unwatchable.
10	* Nostradamus' attempt at asking Helen of Troy to the prom... [[{{Squick}} by bursting out of a horse's chest and holding up a horse fetus, which actually asks her for him]].
11	** In Part 2, despite her [[OffWithHisHead fate]] in the previous episode, Marie Antoinette is present at the Prom. With her severed head tucked under her arm.
12	* Geshie the Mascot's guts and organs falling out when Gandhi pulls on his zipper.
13	** Geshie after his true mouth is revealed. He runs through the hills, biting the head off every animal he comes across.
14	** From that same episode, the students of GESH (Genetically Engineered Superhuman High). Unlike the students of Clone High, who are mostly normal teens, GESH has a Nazi-esque army of brainwashed soldiers, who act as one.
15	* At the end of "A Room of Ones Clone: The Pie of the Storm", Toots concludes his narration by removing his sunglasses, revealing his eyes to be black pits. Which he ''winks'' at the audience.
16	* The Creepy Trucker calmly telling the story of how he rammed a cop car off the road, sending it over a cliff. The reason? The cop was falling asleep behind the wheel. What's worse, he sees ''nothing wrong'' with any of it, and clearly believes he did the right thing.
17	-->'''Abe:''' Did you kill him?\
18	'''Creepy Trucker:''' No. He's a cripple now. (Beat) He never drove while sleepy again, though. (Laughs)
19	* On a more metaphysical level (and for Christians), the fact that Jesus was cloned may be this. Even putting aside the fact that they cloned the messiah of a major world religion, there is a small matter of where they'd get the genetic material to do so; from the bits and pieces like the Shroud of Turin? Or...
20	* After losing to [[SitcomArchNemesis John Stamos]] as Prom King, Scudworth quickly grabs the crown and ''stabs John Stamos eye with it.'' His batshit joy after stealing the crown does not help.

23	* In “Anxious Times at Clone High”, the theme song starts off playing normally… until it reaches the chorus. That’s when the vocals disappear, the screen turns black and white, and the music shifts to a lower, more menacing key. It’s a truly jarring moment that suits the horror-themed episode quite well.
24	** The Heebie Jeebie, a [[Film/TheBabadook Babadook-esque]] [[CreepyMascotSuit mascot]] unleashed on the school by Scudworth and Candide. It feeds on the fear and anxiety of the students (brought on by the stress of the upcoming mid-term final exams) and abducts them, one by one.
25	** It's later revealed that the students aren't being killed: they're just being taken to a spa to recuperate...and be brainwashed, Pavlovian-style.

29	* In "Go Yell It On The Mountain: Snow Way Out", Mr. Butlerteon accompanies the main cast on a trip to a ski resort; from there, the episode turns into a horror movie. First, Harriet's yelling[[note]](she's fighting with the others after learning that Joan and Confucius are secretly in a relationship) [[/note]] causes an avalanche, which buries the cabin and leaves the clones trapped, with no signal on their mobile phones. Then the power goes out, leaving them in total darkness -- right as Mr. B malfunctions, turning murderous and [[RedEyesTakeWarning red-eyed]], and begins stalking the students in the dark, threatening to cook their flesh into lasagna. Yikes!
