!!! You said I'm crazy I know, you said I'm crazy I know, all I can say is that the tropes don't work no more:

* BigDamnHeroes: A guy in the music video for "Metro." He's shown acting heroic throughout most of the video, but then there's the TalkyBookend at the end:
--> '''Some guy:''' Who are you?
--> '''TheHero:''' I'm the guy that's gonna save your ass. [[spoiler:''(Something villainous pulls him backwards through the window in the next moment.)'']]
* CostumePorn/{{Fanservice}}: Cassandra Ford gets several costume changes throughout any TVBS music video. This allows the band to use some of her costumes as expository artistic props, like the orange flamenco dress she wears in part of "Don't Make Me So Mad" and the [[LadyInRed red]] gown from "Broken," while also showing their lead vocalist in one of her signature {{Dominatrix}}-esque minidress outfits at least part of the time in every video.
* GangstaRap: "Never Saw It Comin'"
* NonAppearingTitle: "Metro." The word "monster" does appear in the lyrics of "El Monstruo," but it's not in Spanish.
* TitleOnlyChorus: "Don't make me so mad, don't make me so mad, don't make me so mad so mad. Don't make me so mad, don't make me so mad, don't make me so me so mad."
** Also "We Might Make This Last" and "They Still Want You."
