'''[[http://www.bigbadbosses.com/ Big Bad Bosses]]''', or just '''[[FunWithAcronyms B3]]''', is a comedy pop group started by site members of Website/ThatOneVideoGamer, the singers being Jirard Khalil (WebVideo/TheCompletionist), Alex Faciane ([=NationalDex=]), Satchell Drakes ([=SatchBags=]), and Nathan Sharp (Music/NateWantsToBattle), with music composed by Creator/JakeKaufman, the composer for the ''VideoGame/{{Shantae}}'' series and ''VideoGame/ShovelKnight''. They are a "turn of the millennium" style BoyBand group, but all of them play [[BigBad super villains from popular games]]. In-universe, the four members are [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Bowser]] (Big-Bow, played by Jirard), [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik]] (Ronik, played by Alex), [[Franchise/TheLegendOfZelda Ganondorf]] (G-Cash, played by Satchell), and [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII Sephiroth]] (Sephy, played by Nate). The band serves as an AffectionateParody of both late 90's to early 2000's boy band styles, as well as evil video game characters themselves.

Their first album, ''Power Overwhelming'', was released on December 22, 2015. It has a ton of cameos in it. 10!!I'm The Tropes:
* AffectionateParody: Of the BoyBand genre.
* AntiLoveSong: "Capture You", especially the end.
** "Angel". The first verse is about Sephy picking up a girl at a club. In the second verse, the girl leaves because of Sephy's use of Meteor, which he expected and even encourages.
* AsLongAsItSoundsForeign: Ronik's name.
* BadassBoast: The whole point of "I'm The Boss" and "Bears and Birds" (though the latter is really only for Grant Kirkhope.)
* BeardOfEvil: Big-Bow and Ronik sport full beards in the music videos, due to each member of the band looking like a fusion of the original character and the actor who voices them here. G-Cash is largely based on his Twilight Princess appearance and keeps his villainous beard.
* BeautyBrainsAndBrawn: Sephy is the [[PrettyBoy Beauty]], Ronik is the [[EvilGenius Brains]], and Big-Bow is the [[TheBrute Brawn.]] G-Cash has an [[{{Hunk}} equal]] [[GeniusBruiser amount]] of the three traits.
* BilingualBonus: The Latin chanting in "Angel" translates into an explanation of what's happening while the meteor crashes.
* BoyBand: The style they're parodying. [[spoiler:Though [[MassiveMultiplayerEnsembleNumber one song]] is more Broadway than the others. They even refer to it as such.]]
* TheCameo: Several game characters from the bands home games and outside are included in the "I'm the Boss" music video.
** Additionally, some video game characters [[spoiler:sing together in "Another Villain". These include: [[Franchise/AceAttorney Phoenix Wright]], [[Franchise/FZero Captain Falcon]], [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Sonic, Tails,]] [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Mario, Peach, Toad]], [[Franchise/TheLegendOfZelda Link]], [[VideoGame/MetalGear Snake, Big Boss]], [[Franchise/FinalFantasy Aerith]], and [[Franchise/MegaMan Dr. Wily]] (the only villain guest-starring).]]
** The music video for "Angel" sees cameos from [[spoiler:[[Franchise/MarioAndLuigi Fawful]], [[{{VideoGame/MOTHER}} Porky Minch]], [[{{Franchise/Kirby}} King Dedede]], [[Franchise/MegaMan Dr. Wily]] (again), [[Franchise/ResidentEvil Albert Wesker]], [[{{VideoGame/Tekken}} Heihachi Mishima]], [[Franchise/StreetFighter M. Bison]], and [[VideoGame/DarkSouls Dark Lord Gwin]]]] dressed as [[spoiler: cult members heralding Sephy and the Meteor]].
* CardCarryingVillain: The whole band revels in their evil.
* ColonyDrop: Sephy summons Meteor during the "Angel" music video. [[spoiler:Taken further when the rest of B3 call in [[VideoGame/TheLegendofZeldaMajorasMask Majora's moon]], [[VideoGame/SonicTheHedgehog3 the Death Egg]], and [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros a colossal Banzai Bill]]]].
* CookingShow: The "Egg Man" music video is set on a cooking show Ronik is hosting.
* DanceSensation: "The Raid".
* DestructoNookie: Exaggerated when Sephy is about to get it on with Elena and summons Meteor in the process.
* DudeWheresMyRespect: Grant Kirkhope rants for a good half-minute that ''he'' should be in a boy band, before it leads into "Bears and Birds".
* ElevenOClockNumber: [[spoiler:"Another Villain" is actually this. Near the end of the album, everyone's congratulating themselves (out of character), when one of them suddenly remembers that they need to do the crossover number. This is the last song on the album, excluding the 'radio edit' of "Bears and Birds".]]
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Ronik cuts Big-Bow short for getting gross towards the end of "Racing".
* GroundhogDayLoop: "Anger Management" is about a villain who is always destroyed, builds up his empire again, and then it all comes tumbling down every single time. He can't leave this cycle of destruction, so he's forced to watch his kingdom crumble every single time.
* IAmSong: "I'm The Boss", their first single.
** "Egg Man"
** "Angel"
** "Bears and Birds" is this for Grant Kirkhope.
* IAmGreatSong: Again, "I'm The Boss" and "Bears and Birds".
* InTheHood: In the "Angel" music video, G-Cash, Ronik, and Big-Bow are dressed in hooded robes while singing the song's chorus. At the climax, Dr. Wily, Wesker, Lord Gwyn, Fawful, Porky Minch, Heihachi, M. Bison and King Dedede join in, also sporting hoods.
* IWantSong: "Princess" for the whole band.
** "Capture You" for Ganondorf.
* LaughablyEvil: The whole band manages to be this.
* LibationForTheDead: Mentioned in "Minions".
* ListSong: "Egg Man". He just lists off different types of eggs!
* MamasBoy: Sephy calls his mother for advice in "Angel" and her support is... questionable.
* MassiveMultiplayerEnsembleNumber: [[spoiler:"Another Villian".]]
* MinorCharacterMajorSong: "Bears and Birds" featuring ''Grant Kirkhope''.
* MoodSwinger: "Egg Man" is a bit all over the place. One moment Ronik is singing about cooking eggs, another he's singing about his villainous credentials.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: [[spoiler:"Another Villiain" (sic).]]
* NonchalantDodge: Type 1. G-Cash tilts his head just enough to avoid Link's SwordBeam in the "I'm the Boss" music video.
* NotSoDifferentRemark: [[spoiler:"Another Villain" is about how the ''heroes'' are no better than the villains in terms of actions and morals]].
* OhCrap: [[spoiler:How Alex (out of character) reacts when they realize that they finished recording the album, but still have a ton of guest singers.]]
* OminousLatinChanting: [[spoiler:"Angel"'s chorus.]]
* PunctuatedForEmphasis: At the beginning of all the music videos, someone yells out "Big! Bad! Bosses!" to introduce the band.
* QueerPeopleAreFunny: [[spoiler:"Capture You" is PlayedForLaughs.]]
* ScratchDamage: Barett unloads a salvo of ammunition at the meteor in "Angel", only for it to only do one damage. Tifa and Cloud then look at each other, unimpressed.
* ShoutOut: Why of course.
** The chorus for "Princess" starts with [[WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfZelda1989 "Well, excuse me, Princess"]].
** The chorus of "Angel" is [[spoiler:a dubstep remix of [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII "One-Winged Angel"]] ]].
** "Bears and Birds" has many musical call-backs to Grant Kirkhope's works.
*** The radio edit also features sound effects from ''VideoGame/BanjoKazooie'' as the censors.
** In "Egg Man", Ronik mentions that he's been confused for [[Music/TheBeatles the Walrus]] and even mentions that's the wrong song.
* SidekickSong: [[spoiler:The minion's side]] of "Minions".
* SillyLoveSongs: "Princess".
* TakeThat: In "I'm The Boss", one of Sephy's verses says he has a bone to pick with "all generic demon lords", and throws a sword at a poster of [[VideoGame/DevilMayCry1 Nelo Angelo]].
* TattooedCrook: Big-Bow has the Bowser face tattooed on his chest.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Eggs for Ronik as his tune "Egg Man" will tell you.
* TrapDoor: Shows up in Big-Bow's verse of "I'm the Boss". The first one Mario avoids, but falls down the second.
* VillainSong: Every song counts since the villains are the band.
* WhatMeasureIsAMook: "Minions" is sung about how they're expected to be sacrifices so that the villains can reach their goals, though the villains are remorseful over this.
* {{Yandere}}: Towards the end of "Capture You", G-Cash threatens to decimate his love's whole family, "whatever it takes" to get them.
