1	The most common norm for live-action or animated series is a maximum of two or three [[OpeningTheme opening]] and/or [[EndingTheme ending]] themes per season, and the ocassional special-event or FinaleCredits tune. When a show has a large number of OP/ED songs in a relatively short period of time, we're witnessing a Credits Jukebox. Mostly happens with {{anime}} endings.

Season one had a variation where one piece of music would play until Porkchop put his headphones on, then the music would switch to background music from the other short of the episode. The music first used in the credits for "Doug's Fat Cat/Doug and Patti, P.I." would be the typical variant used for VHS releases of the Nickelodeon series.

A huge amount of original songs were recorded for the show, all of which exist as popular rock songs in-universe. So the end credits of each episode showcases one of these tracks, alongside a shot of whatever device is playing it; usually either a jukebox or Kid's vinyl record player.
