!!Season 1
* Garrett, who has spent all day avoiding the photographer of the [=Cloud9=] company magazine, agrees to be on the cover but only if Glenn is on it too.
* Glenn goes over-the-top in trying to show a gay couple that he's fully accepting of marriage equality. While Mateo and the couple are cringing everyone realizes that Glenn is being sincere and goes along with it, including (eventually) the couple in question.
-->"He's just like your Dad two years ago..."
** Amy and Jonah having something of a heart-to-heart while laying on a pile of stuffed animals.
* All the Cloud 9 employees staging a walk-out after they hear about Glenn's firing.
** The situation that led to Glenn's firing too. After he found out that [=Cloud9=] didn't offer maternity leave Glenn figured out a way to give to to Cheyenne anyway and then immediately after getting fired his first thought was how Amy was more than deserving to have his position and tried to reassure her.
----
!!Season 2
* A brief moment of happiness for Sandra when Garrett is interested in seeing the pictures of her dogs.
* During Spokesman Scandal as Glenn frantically looks for a way to cover up the horrific news being broadcast over the loudspeaker, he asks Garrett to give him a beat. Garrett immediately does, and even joins in on singing without a hint of snark.
* In Lost and Found Glenn spends the whole episode trying increasingly buffoonish ways to cheer up the staff who he worries are becoming depressed, with predictably lackluster results. Finally at the end of shift, he finds Amy in the warehouse where, after expressing his disappointment, she opens up to him about her own marital troubles. He offers to make her a balloon animal, but she tells him just talking about it helps, leading to Glenn offering to sit and listen to her if she needs. The episode ends with Amy sitting down next to him and unloading her troubles. Its a lovely reminder that even if his tactics are often bizarre, Glenns heart is often honestly in the right place.
----
!!Season 3
* The look of sheer happiness on Sandra's face when she gets the call that Jerry has woken up from his coma in "Christmas Eve" and her riding triumphant out of the store on a scooter while "Joy to the World" plays in the background
* Dina's attempts to keep Amy's Golden Globes party afloat in "Golden Globes Party," especially her being the only person to eat the (undercooked) chicken despite being a vegetarian and bird lover.
* Jonah and Kelly's developing relationship, first as friends and later as serious boyfriend/girlfriend.
* Jonah surprising Amy with a copy of the sold out game "Barbarians Gate 3".
* Dina being super supportive about Amy's crisis about finding out she's pregnant.
----
!!Season 4
* After a season of seemingly nothing going right for her and Cloud 9 management refusing to reduce her hours at the start of the episode, Amy winning the paid day off in “Costume Competition” was sweet, especially since Jonah cheated to make sure she won.
* Jonah helping Kelly transfer stores after she's initially denied by Glenn. It's nice to see something finally go Kelly's way considering her relationship with Jonah ended and she's ByAll in-universe by her co-workers.
* "Delivery Day":
** Jonah digs up as much money as possible to get Amy to the more comfortable hospital room instead of the dingy clinic. It ends up not being enough, but it's still a very touching gesture.
** As is to be expected, Glenn and Jerusha are incredibly supportive of Dina during her labor, even helping her look good in front of an attractive doctor. Once the baby is born, they're absolutely elated.
-->Jerusha: [to the baby] I love you more than pot pies, and Christmas, and even little baby Jesus -- don't tell anybody!
** Glenn is initially reluctant to go into the operating room where Dina will have her C-section due to his phobia of blood. Dina is uncharacteristically nervous and, in a rare moment of vulnerability, asks him to come into the room with her, and he immediately accepts. It's clear that despite all their ribbing at times and the fact that she treats acting as their surrogate largely as a business transaction, Dina still trusts Glenn enough to want him there for her.
** Dina asks for some time alone to effectively say goodbye to the baby before Glenn and Jerusha adopt her. Despite Dina's frequent regrets about her pregnancy, she gives the baby fairly kind words, at least by Dina standards, and tries to give her good life advice.
-->"Well, this is it for you and me, kid. I hope I gave you a good start the past nine months. Now, if you ever need anything, you can always come to me. But not on Wednesdays or Fridays, because I have crew practice. Alright, what else can I tell you?"
* Sandra and Jerry begin an affair behind Carol's back. In the Valentine's Day episode, he sends her a giant bear and a barbershop quartet to serenade her.
* After becoming manager, Amy hires Myrtle as her assistant, not because Amy needs an assistant, but because Amy wants to help Myrtle out of her financial struggle. She even offers Myrtle the chance to do absolutely no work and still get paid. Even though Myrtle quickly ends up messing things up, it's still a very sweet gesture on Amy's part.
* During Amy's suspension, Glenn went everyday to the restaurant she worked at and left her a twenty dollar tip.
* Garrett casually mentions to customers that Jonah is his best friend.
* The entire store working together to help Mateo avoid ICE so he can avoid deportation.
* Glenn in the Christmas episode, realizing if he runs Mateo's bogus SSN through eVerify that he'll be outed as undocumented, either refuses or uses a valid number instead-- we only know that he told Mateo that everything checked out and he has nothing to worry about.
----
!!Season 5
* In "Testimonials" Sandra's engagement party is overshadowed by Mateo being freed from the detention center, but as soon as she sees him she runs up and hugs him.
* "Myrtle." In 33 years of working at Cloud 9, Myrtle never really managed to be Employee Of The Month, but the whole staff loves and misses her so much that the episode ends with a DueToTheDead, and they hang her picture up there to pay their respects.
* "Sandra's Wedding":
** Just seeing Sandra finally happy with Jerry after multiple seasons of chaos with Carol.
** Mateo can't go on the dance floor because he has to charge his ankle bracelet, so Eric gets him an extension cord so they can dance.
* "Playdate." It's nice to see that after all the animosity between them, Garrett and Dina can finally put their differences aside so Garrett can help Dina win the heart of her new prospective boyfriend, Brian.
* "California Part 1":
** Despite her initial reluctance to adopt Tony, Sandra warms up to him by the end. She tries to hold Tony's hand, and he tells her, "Mom, stop." Sandra's so happy being called Mom that she just smiles warmly at him.
** Despite his initial worries about Amy being treated like a token in her new California job, Jonah looks up the best options in California for Amy and her family, and offers to move there with her.
----
!!Season 6
* "California Part 2":
** Glenn and Mateo make a farewell tape to Amy, featuring pictures of her having fun with the other employees and genuinely kind testimonials from Glenn, Cheyenne, Garrett, Jonahthough that's bit is a TearJerker given the events of the preceding scene, and Mateo. Even though the latter goes into an overdramatic cover of "For Good," he does seem genuinely thankful for Amy's help, especially since she got Mateo together with his boyfriend.
** As strange as it is, Glenn gives Myrtle's ashes to Amy because Myrtle always wanted to go to California. He also gives Amy the I-9 from when she first began working at Cloud 9, remarking that he always knew she was special. They begin crying and hug themselves (since they can't hug each other due to social distancing).
* “All Sales Final”, the GrandFinale, where pretty much everyone gets a HappyEnding. Highlights include:
** Dina will stay at the store as manager and will take on Sandra as her assistant manager, Sandra having finally earned Dina's respect after all these years.
** Garrett’s closing announcement over the loudspeaker. After spending much of the episode acting like it’s no big deal that he’s no longer working at Cloud 9, he admits in his last lines that the friends and memories he made along the way made the whole ordeal of retail worth it. This leads up to a silent scene of the staff all getting together for a barbeque, still friends long after Cloud 9 closed its doors.
** A brief compilation of clips goes by, of the staff having fun during work hours. This includes a brief shot of dearly departed Myrtle.
** At the barbeque, one of Sandra and Jerry's opponents in Cornhole is, of all people, Carol, and they seem to be having a genuinely nice time together. Despite the animosity, it's nice to see that they've managed to patch their relationship.
** Other epilogue scenes feature Glenn restarting Sturgis and Sons Hardware, taking on Cheyenne and Mateo as employees; Sandra leading the remaining Cloud 9 team in their new job; and Jonah and Amy have gotten married, and they have their own kid, Carter. There’s also a sweet CallBack to the pilot that shows they put stars on the kids' ceiling, like Jonah did to the store.
** Just for an extra dose of heartwarming, Sturgis and Sons has a photo of Myrtle hanging on the wall.
