* A small moment early on, when Bob gets ready to leave, Scrooge looks at his own clock and says the clock Bob was looking at is a bit fast, prompting Bob to quickly get back to work. Scrooge then gives Bob the greenlight to leave anyway.
* There's more goodness in this Tiny Tim alone than in all the Scrooges of the universe. He even ''thanks'' Scrooge for his Christmas dinner in the Ghost of Christmas Present sequence, which is a canary so small that it would not feed this adaptation's Ghost of Christmas Past (Jiminy Cricket).
* ''Before'' Scrooge's HeelFaceTurn, it's shown Scrooge at least has some heart when he warns Marley's ghost about slipping on the stairs... Being Goofy, though, it happens anyway.
* The way Scrooge uses AccidentalBargainingSkills to give the charity collectors a huge donation, constantly increasing it every time they open their mouths.
* Scrooge seemingly playing his rudest side and threatening his employee for the worst... before revealing a bag of toys and kindly granting Cratchit a raise and a promotion. And the short ends with him rocking all the children in a rocking chair. The way Scrooge can barely contain his laughter while still pretending to be a jerkass. He's really enjoying himself in this scene, which makes his redemption feel all the more genuine.
