1* Rupert and Bill saying ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight and breaking Yum out of Sir Jasper's basement in "Rupert and Little Yum." After the gang splits up, Yum refuses to leave Nutwood for safety until he knows his new friend is safe.
2* "Rupert and the Knight":
3** Rupert giving Bill his coat when his friend's freezing after falling into a pond in winter.
4** Sir Claude the Knight and Cledwyn the Dragon burying the hatchet and becoming friends.
5* In "Rupert and the Crocodiles", Podgy repeatedly apologizes to Rupert for his appetite getting them in trouble and also expresses his gratitude for Rupert caring enough to come to his rescue.
6* "Rupert and Raggety":
7** After Rupert saves Raggety from being burned to death, Raggety states that he now understands what a friend is. He gets the chance to prove it later by saving Rupert's life.
8** The younger Imp of Spring feels ashamed of her Spring Machine being a failure, but Rupert tells her not to sell herself short and encourages her to fix her Spring Machine and try again, which works.
9* A very sweet moment between Rupert's parents happens in "Rupert and the Mulp Gulper". Mr. Bear mentions that when he was a child, he spent a lot of time at the carnival to test his skills to impress his girlfriend. Mrs. Bear remarks that she certainly was impressed and proceeds to cuddle with Mr. Bear, [[ChildhoodFriendRomance making it clear the identity of the girlfriend Mr. Bear was referring to]].
10* Rupert getting the king to allow his daughter and her lower-class lover to marry in "Rupert and the Fiddle." The act apparently gives her sisters the courage to marry the men they secretly loved as well... and gets Rupert a kiss from the princess.
11* "Rupert and the Lost Memory": While Rupert and the Professor are desperately hanging onto a pole, trying not to get sucked into the Boolean Box, the hand mirror Bill's trapped in gets loose and gets pulled in. Rupert ''instantly'' lets go and allows himself to almost get pulled in so he can save his friend.
12* The ending of "Rupert in Toyland," where Rupert saves the Colonel from a toy lynch mob despite everything he did to him. The Colonel is shocked that an "owner" would do that for a toy and finally realizes he was wrong about Rupert being the enemy, confessing he always wondered "what it would be like to have a nice owner." Rupert offers to show him.
13* In "Rupert and the Crystal Kingdom," as soon as Rupert learns the leader of the rebels whom he thought was a villain is actually the rightful ruler, despite knowing her name, he addresses her as "Princess" the rest of the episode.
14* "Rupert's Christmas Adventure":
15** Rupert's friend Gregory Guinea Pig gets the bravery he wanted for Christmas by saving Rupert and Podgy from the Pine Ogre, which he does by showing the Pine Ogre how nice it feels to decorate trees for Christmas. The Pine Ogre sees the error of his ways, and to apologize for having his pine sprites steal everyone's decorations, he lends Nutwood a large Christmas tree with everyone's decorations on it.
16** As a test of character for Podgy, Santa makes it so that all the presents delivered to Nutwood are for Podgy. In the end, Podgy ends up giving away all his presents to the other children, noting that he can't keep them all to himself.
