* Following Puro's directions to the library you'll notice in the offices the markings changed color from red to green with an apology note:
-->Puro: I'm sorry Human! I ran out of red ink pens!
* To slip past the dark latex wolves, Colin can wear a disguise Puro made for him. It confuses all the goo monsters present. Dr K. tries to call out Colin's deception over the intercom, but this fails because the monsters don't understand the human language.
* The Wolf King boss fight ends with him getting knocked out by one of his own glass tubes he tried to drop on Colin. His minions can only look on with embarrassment.
* In the Special Edition baby dragon dark-latex monsters are hiding in boxes throughout the server rooms and playfully force Colin to play a mirror game against them. Should the human survive he enters another room where light-latex wolf cubs ambush him (though they slide on all fours on the slippery floor as well). Colin retreats and they give chase back to the server room. The baby dragons are delighted to see Colin again thinking they're going to have another round, but the wolf cubs are in no mood for games and try to bully their way past. This angers the dark-latex beasts who surround them. Colin decides wisely not to get involved.
* If you get assimilated in Puro's room, he calls you out for getting assimilated in such a dumb manner.
-->Puro: ...Eh, eh...Ah!? ...Human!!? Are you serious!? Right in front of me!?
** For bonus points in the Special Edition Colin as a light-latex has no feelings of AnimalJingoism toward the dark-latex wolf, instantly loving Puro's company. As a male or female creature they either embrace or flirt with Puro, both confusing him.
* If you try to hide behind the tree in the library, Colin will remark it's the perfect hiding place. Only for Puro complete with SweatDrop to point out he can clearly see the human.
* In the original version of the game, before transfurs could fuse, getting transfurred by something while already being chased by a latex beast would cause the chasing beast to run in crazed circles around the transfurred Colin, having no clue what to do now that their target is unobtainable.
* When Doctor K fails via the library intercom to turn Puro and Colin against each other, he tells them they can keep on "flirting together" for all he cares, before hanging up.
** Ironically, some of the female transfurs while with Puro have the then transfurred Colin doing just that.
* Some of TheManyDeathsOfYou transform Colin into a female latex monster with breasts, and if more creatures dogpile on him into "transfur fusions" it results in a BreastExpansion that embarrasses the newborn monster.
* In Puro's den you can inspect the dark-latex wolf's various funny drawings, some of them show how he fantasized Colin would look like when he came out of cryogenic stasis. Following Puro's directions, to tearing his way through the latex monsters who can only look on with dismay at how powerfully ripped the human is. Finally meeting up with the UpliftedAnimal who assimilates him to become IJustWantToBeBadass massively stronk. Puro's so mortified at what Colin saw that he could die.
** Should you happen upon Puro reading in his den, you can start to pet and poke him all over. If Colin tries to get suggestive and cheekily pinch Puro's butt, the latex wolf will protest you can't.
* Through the vents Puro becomes the overprotective PapaWolf worrying about every single potential hazard, even warning Colin to "beware a dangerous poster" they drew, before realizing there's nothing dangerous about it.
** Should Colin inspect said poster, Puro's drawing of the sleepy fox Shizi, he misspelled latex monster as "laytex" then recall the real reason why the human should beware it - Engrish bad spelling.
* Yuin manages to get a chortle in the NonStandardGameOver. Having consumed Colin, they've stripped off the black latex shorts. Their hand concealing their now supposedly exposed privates, only to teasingly flick their wrist away revealing nothing lewd whatsoever. The goat latex pokes out their tongue knowingly at the player.
* If Colin dons a suspicious pair of pink pants which is really a dormant latex monster in disguise, then enters the vents, a family of red panda light-latex creatures may abduct and assimilate him. Instead of a 'transfur fusion' happening, the pink latex monster is suddenly expelled by the mischievous family, and the BlobMonster sits on the floor, sulking.
* Colin falls into the Greenhouse area, fortunately vines break his fall, BUT they've wrapped around his generous posterior. Makes all those earlier remarks the man made about his weight HilariousInHindsight.
* The exchanges between Dr. K and Prototype in the Special Edition. Prototype is just a machine, not truly sentient and the furthest mankind had ever gotten in trying to make a true AI. Dr. K requesting it keep Colin in the greenhouse caused its operating system to crash and force a reboot, to which it then continued taking care of the plants as if nothing happened. Dr. K scowled his dishwasher was more reliable, so he tries to enroll the robot to stop Colin from escaping with an obstruction. It puts a safety cone in front of the human. The frustrated doctor tries to be more specific, but Prototype just dumps a latex plant-like beast nearby and wanders off. Dr. K laments he should've had a more meaningful discussion with his microwave, and hangs up.
** To further aggravate the doctor, when Colin needs to get Prototype to share administrator privileges with him, instead of having an expected hopeless conversation with a SingleTaskRobot, both TheSilentBob and HeroicMime give a meaningful look at each other. Prototype understands exactly what the protagonist needs, and mandates the Terminal to grant his request without issue.
-->Dr. K: Why is it when I give it instructions, it's not so smart anymore?
* If Colin gets assimilated by the squirrel-like latex animals, Dr. K will in the NonStandardGameOver ask Prototype to applaud them. Prototype was never programmed to know how to clap, so commences banging on its metal arm. K tells the machine to knock it off.
* Getting consumed by the lizard beasts hiding in the orangery results in a game over where K mockingly plays an audience applause track, congratulating the player on finally finding "the true ending".
* As Colin explores the Greenhouse area, various dark and light winged latex creatures from outside come swooping in, only to comically collide with the solid glass windows. Dr. K admires their Determinator determination to assimilate Colin, but not their stupidity.
* Prototype has to recharge its battery mid-fight with the Behemoth. Cue some PercussiveMaintenance, before the RobotMaid reboots and begins to water the plants again as if nothing happened. Prototype then realizes Colin is still in danger!
* Puro tries to stop the Behemoth from attacking Colin, by throwing a book at them. The giant pulls an EyeTake completely confused, before resuming its assault.
* When Puro asks for help in retrieving his novel he threw at the Behemoth earlier as he really wants to finish reading it. The nearby Prototype's response? It goes from watering the garden to watering Puro's book.
-->Puro: That's not what I meant!
* As Puro follows Colin through the vents, his speed matches the player's. If they keep sprinting everywhere back and forth, Puro will soon remark he's tired out.
* In the gas-filled vents you can open a closet, revealing the family of red panda light-latex creatures, who are shocked at your intrusion before closing the door shut.
* The huge hyena-like monster getting outwitted by Colin by tripping up on some nearby vines. She struggles to keep her balance, before realizing she can't and gives up, waving at the player, before crashing into the water. Her children can only look on with shock and embarrassment.
* One of the giant hyena's children is ShakingTheRump at Colin incessantly, obviously it irritated the human, as he slaps their ass if the player chooses to return to the den. And it still won't stop.
** The door to her den slams behind you, preventing retreat because a skunk-like latex monster is deliberately holding it shut, forcing Colin to face the huge hyena. When you defeat the RushBoss, you might notice the skunk nervously retreats, allowing your exit.
* Just before the Aquatic Area, swarms of flying manta ray latexes appear on the bridge to transfur Colin. Puro, for as bookish as he is, has no clue what a manta ray is, so he resorts to BuffySpeak to describe them:
-->Puro: ...Lots of flying swimming handkerchiefs!
* In the Special Edition Tigershark battle, the boss sends his shark latex minions after you, but now they can be lured to crash into oxygen cylinders floating around, comically knocking them out of the fight.
** Walking right up to the Tigershark will funnily result in a literal AssShove as he smirks you saved him the trouble of hunting you, while pulling a latex goo tail out of Colin's butt, before transfurring his captive completely.
* Upon entering the aquatic area, Puro and Colin get temporarily separated by a latex shark monster that appears. Should Colin slip past it and return to check on the dark latex wolf. He'll be glad but also angry the human deliberately endangered himself. Puro will then start announcing ThatMakesMeFeelAngry, but he's fooling no one.
* The Special Edition showcases with the pirate Squid Pups boss battle that a lot of the creature's newly acquired intelligence is coming into conflict with their basic instincts. The latex beasts in a bid to capture Colin, put together their own makeshift pirate ship out of garbage and crates.
** The Squid Pups have forced a Shark-like latex monster to act as the "figurehead" of their ship. Understandably the aquatic creature is confused and scared of this surreal pirate crew.
** The seagull latex birds that swoop in and attempt to steal Colin's shorts.
** During the fight with the Squid Pups Pirate Ship, one thing the pups can send your way is a chest, when it gets close it opens up, to reveal a squid pup completely covered in latex pants. Kinda like how cats cover themselves in clean laundry in a laundry basket.
** The various distractions with big latex monsters flexing in the background, including one little Squid Pup riding in a pair of pants on the garment conveyor.
** Once they sustain enough projectile damage from Puro's barrage of Gas Cylinder Rockets, they all comedically sink. At the last moment it seems their Shark "figurehead" escaped, but the Squid Pups drag him down with them.
* [=DragonSnow=] makes another CreatorCameo in a hidden server room, messing around with the machines to create endless variations of the variegated latex beasts. He panics when Colin stumbles on him working, hiding under the desk, but can be frequently petted if the young man is nimble enough.
** In the latest work-in-progress update of July 2023 some creator SelfDeprecation was snuck in. When Colin meets Dr. K, Dragon Snow yet again apologies this part of the game isn't finished yet. Annoyed, K asks Snow what exactly has he completed.
* Deeper in the aquatic latex creature's territory in the Special Edition, you see many squid-dogs and sharks cohabiting together:
** There's an EmoTeen shark who immediately notices Colin, but can't be assed to give chase. WordOfGod describes him as unhappy he's changing into an adolescent.
** To get safely past this lively room, Colin must lure two roaming beasts of different species to collide into, and fight with each other. As they fight, most of the monsters trying to fish or sleep, hate the ruckus - except for a group of squid pups in a hammock cheering, and the emo shark who watches with interest.
*** If the shark wins, he bites on his foe's tentacles; the cheering squid pups can only look on with a FlatWhat at the outcome, while the emo shark smirks.
*** If the squid dog wins, he starts spanking his opponent's jiggly ass, cue a Facepalm from emo shark as the spectating pups go wild.
** If Colin wanders past a cute shark-girl, and starts kicking the fish she just caught back into the water, she'll be absolutely livid.
* Puro once tried to sneak into Dr. K's laboratory, and was thwarted not because of all the threats along the way, but because he unable to get past the security doors and didn't have "pawmission to enter". Puro couldn't figure out the passcode and asks Colin not to laugh.
* In "Special Edition", when they finally get outside to the balcony, Colin can opt to enter the open locker straightaway. Puro playfully grins, pretending he can't find where his human has gone to.
* When you enter the new EldritchLocation of the White Latex Jungle in "Special Edition", Puro is nervous. The wolf explains he preys on white goos, Engrish trying his best to explain he's dangerously outnumbered here:
->Puro: "Imagine you had to fight a thousand chickens, or a hundred pigs, or even ten milk buckets?!"
* Puro distracting the white-latex beasts lying in wait seeking to ambush Colin... by running everywhere completely terrified. Then finishing with an UnnecessaryCombatRoll. He later asks Colin if he noticed his "parkour skills".
* Colin, in the company of Puro, gets pounced upon by a latex monster (a creature called 'YY', one of the game's testers) in a quick-time event. Doesn't matter what the player does, because onlooking Puro effortlessly lifts the monster off Colin's head with a deadpan expression, averting the 'crisis'.
** YY was the creature mentioned in the doctor's logs that mimics tin cans of food, to trick and steal more food off K. Despite his best efforts, the scientist can't catch or stop YY, leaving an angry note above their home: "I'll get you next time!".
* Puro becomes braver towards the end of the original game and saves Colin on several occasions from swarms of latex beasts threatening to engulf him, such as throwing him to safety when groups of white latex beasts ambush and surround them. Should the player thank Puro by returning however:
-->Puro: WHY DID YOU COME BACK HUMAN?!?
* Near the end of the original version, Colin gets surrounded by white latex beasts, so Puro flings Colin past them. When Puro joins you in the other room he unintentionally disses you, being InnocentlyInsensitive.
-->I must admit, you are very heavy.
