!!Season One

* Barry so desperately wants to join Gene's acting class that he tells Gene the plain truth: that he's a Marine and a combat veteran who became a hitman, and is now unhappy doing that and wants to try being an actor. Gene listens to him with no expression. Barry decides that Gene thinks he doesn't deserve to be in the class, and starts to walk off. Then Gene asks him "What's that from?", assuming that Barry was reciting a speech from a movie or, better, was improvising.
* Barry being asked to do Alec Baldwin's monologue from the movie of ''Theatre/GlengarryGlenRoss''. He completely misreads the tone of it and tries to do it as a cheerful, upbeat RousingSpeech.
* Every minute of Barry and the other Marines at the party. Barry is a soft spoken awkward weirdo but around them he's actually loose, relaxed and sort of funny. His Cluster F-Bomb conversation with Chris about the fact his friend is a married father is amazing (and by all accounts a pretty accurate depiction of how reflexively Marines cuss).
* Taylor putting on a loud porno for entertainment when Barry comes to visit him at his house, which makes the latter uncomfortable and makes several (ignored) requests to turn it off.
** The fact that in the conversation that follows Taylor is fully engrossed by the porno and without ever taking his eyes from the screen calmly dissects the deeply abusive, one sided, manipulative nature of Barry and Fuches' relationship. Taylor can't have spent more than an hour in Fuches company but appears to just have a bad vibe about him, then calls Fuches 50/50 cut a scam, and even suggests Fuches wont 'let' Barry leave to do other things, suggesting an awareness there's manipulation and control at play.
* Barry's attempts to get Fuches to take on [[StupidEvil Taylor]], and Fuches' utter exasperation at just how much of an idiot Taylor is. One scene has Fuches [[JerkassHasAPoint telling]] Barry that Taylor will get them killed, all on the meanwhile, Taylor is talking about having a hot tub.
-->'''Taylor:''' This would be a nice place for a hot tub. Fly in some chicks...fuck em.
-->'''Fuches:''' [[EnragedByIdiocy I can't. I can't. I can't watch this.]] I'll be in the car...you need to kill this guy before he gets you killed. And this. This? Would be A terrible place for a hot tub. [[SuddenlyShouting A FUCKING HOT TUB!]]
-->'''Taylor:''' [[ComicallyMissingThePoint Did Fuches just say hot tub?]]
-->'''Barry:''' [[SurroundedByIdiots *sigh*]]
* Barry's daydream set sometime in the not-too-distant future, where he is visibly middle-aged and speaks to his now-teenaged future children. He tells them not to be late for school at which point they activate the ''teleportation belts'' they are wearing and blip away in an instant, causing the entire house to shake; to which Barry casually picks up his nearby coffee cup before it rattles off the table as he continues reading his morning paper. Made all the funnier when it hard cuts back to present reality, as Barry's comedically wide-eyed stare at himself in the mirror he's standing in front of suggests even ''he'' realizes how ridiculous his fantasies are getting.
* "Kill Fuches? No, I....I-I can do that?"

!!Season Two
* Hank and one of his cohorts' failed attempts to assassinate Barry in his own apartment (which he immediately notices and returns the favor by way of a well-placed warning shot to the shoulder of the gunman).
* Hank's "50/50 with Cristobal" dance.
* After a solid minute-long gag of watching Fuches try to sneak from his hotel room [[spoiler:to escape the LAPD detective he's been working with to help track Barry down]] via the balcony and futilely scale the wall before hitting a dead end about 3 feet away and getting stuck, Barry excitedly approaches him from the parking lot below with news. Fuches tries to shoo him off (for Barry's own safety), but the latter simply continues talking and approaches the building. Seconds later we see him swinging his leg over Fuches' balcony railing, apparently having Spider-Manned his way up the side of the building ''in mere seconds entirely off-screen,'' all the while Fuches still pathetically clings to the light fixture he's holding onto for dear life.
* Barry's [[BigWhat response]] to [[spoiler: Det. Loach's proposition to kill his ex-wife's lover]].
* Pretty much the entirety of 2x05, "ronny/lily" from start to finish.
** Barry's affable attempts to get Ronny to pack his things and leave town for a while (as opposed to killing him).
** The reveal of Ronny's unbelievably impressive Taekwondo trophy room, leading to a deflated display of body language from a masked Barry that just screams "''Oh shit... this guy can'' '''definitely''' ''hurt me''."
** Ronny suddenly roundhouse kicking Barry into next week through a closet door (in mid-sentence, no less).
** Ronny then proceeds to show off using nunchucks (with a busted windpipe, no less). Barry...decides to just sit down and let him wear himself out.
--->'''Barry''': Ronny. Ronny, you're hurt, man. Your windpipe's bus--your windpipe's busted, man...
** Lily's transition from sweet-looking little girl coming home from lessons to downright ''wild animal'' in an instant once she identifies Barry as a threat in her home: hissing, crawling, and attacking Barry with the fierce brutality of some feral creature.
** Lily scaling a tree and perching atop a house (that's not even hers) like a gargoyle when approached by Fuches, with the latter remarking "she ain't human." Even more amusingly, she stays there just like that staring down Barry and Fuches in their car ''until nightfall'', creeping them both out.
** [[ButtMonkey Barry]] getting increasingly [[AmusingInjuries beat up]] over the course of the episode, coupled with Fuches' [[WorstAid attempts]] to patch him up that only serve to make things worse. By the end, he's covered in his own blood, has been concussed, kicked around, stabbed, repeatedly passes out from exhaustion and blood loss, with his wounds at first crudely stitched up (which ''painfully'' pop out almost immediately) then slathered with superglue. All because he [[NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished tried to]] take the noble path of ''not'' killing someone for once.

!!Season Three
* When Barry kills the two guys at the beginning of the season, it operates as NightmareFuel as well as a moment of BlackComedy, as Barry is [[YouHaveGOTToBeKiddingMe baffled]] by his client suddenly forgiving Jeff, and his line after killing the two of them seals the deal.
-->'''Barry:''' There's no forgiving Jeff!
* The [[CallBack snub nose revolver]] that Cousineau mentioned back in "The Show Must Go On, Probably?" makes an appearance here, with a short and curt message from Creator/RipTorn:
--> Cousineau,\
Try Not To Blow Your\
Dick Off With This.\
-- Rip
* In what he himself sees as a dramatic final last stand, Gene is about to pull a gun on Barry, intending to either kill him or subdue him until the police arrive... [[NegatedMomentOfAwesome and then the cylinder falls out of his revolver off-screen]], rolling across the floor to Barry's feet. Gene is completely mollified.
-->''"...Oh."''
* The executive reviewing an episode of Sally's show. She proves to be comically inept at her job, confusing the show she just watched for a completely different one and giving completely meaningless "advice." All while her assistant enthusiastically agrees with her and everyone else looks on with complete confusion.
* Barry and Fuches's argument on the phone in "ben mendelsohn".
-->'''Barry:''' [[YoureInsane You are fսckin' nuts, man]]. Also, I know you're on a farm or something because I can hear goats in the background.
-->'''Fuches:''' Maybe I'm at the zoo! [[SuddenlyShouting With my new best friend]]!
-->'''Barry:''' Thought you said you were at a hospital.
-->''(cue Fuches screaming angrily into the phone before throwing it.)''
* Barry, trying to detonate a bomb in Fernando's house, ends up on hold with the company who made the bomb trying to get to customer service for much of the day and evening.
-->'''Kaboom Rep:''' Thank you for waiting. What is your username?
-->'''Barry:''' berkmangoesboom.
* The rep recommends that Barry turns the Wi-Fi on his phone off, which detonates the bomb instantly. Her reaction?
-->'''Kaboom Rep:''' [[{{Understatement}} Alright, sounds like we were successful]]. Is there anything else?
* In a very sickly funny moment, the mother and son Fuches tapped to get revenge on Barry are about to carry out a hit on him, but the mother has no experience with firearms or knowledge of trigger discipline (while holding a Glock, which is infamous for misfiring at the slightest provocation), meaning that she's nervously talking to her son [[IJustShotMarvinInTheFace while pointing the gun directly at his stomach]]. Within seconds, she abandons the plan to rush him to the hospital, and Barry -- who just got dumped by Sally -- stares in confusion at the gunshot he thought he just heard.
* The titular event in "Crazytimeshitshow": Batir live-streams the surviving Chechens' operation to their bosses back home on his phone. Said bosses are very clearly unhappy with what their investment has been reduced to, and Batir is getting more and more desperate to present the laughably small operation in a positive light...so he decides to get a better angle from a nearby overpass, making it there just in time to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtLsi2qaZF8 live-stream]] both the Bolivians and the police simultaneously showing up to raid the place, getting into a gunfight with each other (with Akhmal getting shot in the shoulder ''again'' in the resulting chaos) and an actual suicide bombing.
-->'''Chechen Boss:''' ''(on the phone)'' Batir, this is crazytimes shitshow.
* Lindsay's pregnancy hormones-influenced consumption of the beignets in "710N" as she is having a relatively serious conversation with Sally about the benefits of continuing to work with [=BanShe=]. She turns especially feral when a woman on the line tries to take the box from her.
-->'''Lindsay:''' ''(with a mouthful of beignet)'' I think we should hear them out. [[TheSnackIsMoreInteresting Did you get the dipping sauce]]?
-->'''Sally:''' Maybe we should start our own streaming service...
-->''(a woman on the line starts to touch the box of beignets.)''
-->'''Lindsay:''' [[SuddenlyShouting YOU GET]] [[PrecisionFStrike THE FUCK]] [[SuddenlyShouting AWAY FROM ME]]!
* Barry using speech-to-text while in a store, loudly apologizing to Sally for suggesting he torment the [=BanShe=] exec, and then cutting to Sally reading it back in confusion.
* Hank bursts into tears whilst swearing as he observes the police poking through the smoking remains of his business.
* The motorcycle chase in "710N" has multiple moments:
** The motocross gang first approaches Barry's car, where they loudly discuss if he's the one they're looking for as they inspect him through the open window. [[DramaticIrony Even though the audience knows they're planning to kill him]], the whole thing is being treated so casually, and Barry's reaction to the whole situation seems more of mild annoyance rather than suspicion.
** Shane Taylor, one of the motocross gang members, tries to shoot Barry with a machine gun from a van. When Barry escapes, he tries to hand off the gun by shouting "hand off!" to one of the other gang members. He fails spectacularly.
** Just before Barry and Traci head towards the car dealership, the camera lingers on a shot of one of the dealers talking to a prospective customer. As he starts casually talking about his failing marriage, [[FunnyBackgroundEvent we can see Barry crash his motorcycle and Traci opening fire on him before he manages to get away and runs towards the dealership]].
** When the gunfire starts, the dealer in question can be heard shouting "Not today! Fuckin' wife!" -- he clearly thinks that he's the target and his wife has hired someone to take him out.
* The whole scene where Jim Moss takes Fuches to jail is hilarious, with Fuches being impressed by Jim's manipulative prowess and trying to one up him by talking about his own exploits. That's until Fuches realizes that he's been taken to jail, his [[OhCrap reaction]] is the icing on the cake:
-->'''Fuches:''' Shit...
* The idea of [[ManipulativeBastard Fuches]] being outfoxed by [[SmallRoleBigImpact Jim Moss]] is both hilarious and a well deserved comeuppance for such a horrible character.
* Hank takes a blow dart to the neck after asking too many questions about the Sisfuentes family.
-->'''Hank:''' Ah, that’s what I thought you were doing, just didn’t want to be rude. (''he collapses'')
* "starting now" is notorious for essentially being a completely dramatic episode, but there are two moments worth including:
** When Sally manages to stab the Taylor gang member in the neck, his reaction after having so casually been trying to kill her is outrage at her having ''poked him in the eye'', unaware that there is a knife protruding from the back of his head.
** As Dunn is pensively wondering what Fuches told Albert, Chief Krauss says what Bill Hader has acknowledged is the only actual joke in this episode:
--->'''Chief Krauss:''' Yep. Haven't seen him since he stormed outta here and cocked his gun in front of us. [[EntertaininglyWrong He's probably out seeing the sights]]. Man, I wish he'd take me with him.

!!Season Four
* Sally learns about Barry’s arrest and starts having a panic attack in front of her mother, swearing repeatedly over the fact that she was there when he killed Janice. Then it turns out Sally’s mom is ordering from a drive-thru, unfazed by what’s going on.
* Barry and the journalist's conversation is a peak example of BlackComedy, as the journalist asks him for comments on a story that he's doing about Gene and Barry. When the journalist tells Barry he's just trying to be fair, Barry throws a tantrum and says that Gene should 'shut his [[PrecisionFStrike fucking]] mouth.' It's funny as well as sad to see Barry in such a pathetic state.
** The journal also mentions that Gene's one-man show recounting the events of the series took around 3 hours.
* Not only do Hank and Cristobal hold their summit of L.A.'s organized crime families at a Dave & Buster's up in Torrance, but they structure their big pitch as if they're giving a TED Talk or a dynamic speech at a corporate retreat, circling around the table with goofy enthusiasm and trying to stress teamwork. Nobody else seems to be enjoying themselves in the slightest.
-->'''Cristobal:''' Not long ago, I was the head of the Bolivian cartel. We were at war with the Chechens. They belittled us, fought us, stole from us, completely destroyed our operations. But now?\
'''Hank:''' ''[proudly]'' We're fucking. ''[beat]'' Not implying that's where you guys are headed. I understand, Cristobal and I are total "unicorn" situation.
** A couple of scenes later, after going off to play the arcade machines at Cristobal's insistence, the gangs are not only laughing and chatting with each other in the D&B conference room, but have brought along the stuffed animals they won.
* When Sally returns to her home, and finds Barry hiding in her house. She decides impulsively to run away with him. His response really sells it, he sounds like a kid who was just told he's going to Disneyland.
--> '''Barry:''' Really?
* "the wizard" has Barry spend the trip to L.A. listening to different priests' podcasts doing episodes about murder, and shutting them off in disappointment once he learns they don't condone killing someone in wrath. Finally, the third says it's not only okay, but theologically justified to do that, and that he's done it himself. Barry's heard all he needs.
-->'''[[Creator/BillBurr Pastor Nick St. Angelo:]]''' This pissed me off. This gave me an intense feeling that I knew was a sign from God saying, "you got my blessing, Nicky".\
'''Barry:''' Bingo. ''[shuts off the car stereo]''
** Just as funny is the circumstances behind that priest's murder rap. Was he a former hitman himself? A mob enforcer or gang member that found God? An ex-cop? No, he's a hockey player that committed manslaughter, in an ''exhibition'' game.
* "a nice meal":
** Hank hires four killers to take out Fuches after the latter brings up the truth of Cristobal's death. Hank is very visibly attracted to the fourth one, Isaiah, which continues even after the four are dead as he admits Isaiah's decapitated head is still a smoking fox for him.
** Hank also notes that the four bloody boxes definitely contain the heads of his contracted killers. One of his underlings, clearly practicing positive thinking, insists that they don't know what's inside them yet (despite the noticeable bloodstains on the bottom of the boxes). Hank opens it to calmly note that it definitely contains a head. He then ''keeps opening them'', even asking himself by the third box why he's still doing this when it's pretty obvious what's inside them.
*** Better yet, there's a cut from Hank first seeing the boxes to a shot of him frowning at the boxes, with a surprisingly lengthy pause before he announces: "It's their heads." It's like he's needed a couple of minutes to think about it before being willing to put that suggestion out there.
** Fusches and the gang are talking to his new girlfriend and her daughter about what's got them so upset. After the daughter explains that they had to watch 4 people get their heads cut off, Fusches' gang tries to offer helpful suggestions so that they don't have to see that next time. Among the suggestions are to take them out to lunch next time it happens ("but what if it's a surprise attack?"), and having them watch Fast & The Furious at max volume to drown out the screaming.
** The hilariously inept attempt at destroying Fuches' compound with a missile:
*** Firstly, the way Hank carries the missile into shot -- pinched between two fingers like it was a stinky diaper or something.
*** When they actually fire it, the missile flies ''way'' over the house, but just close enough to it to immediately draw everyone's attention.
*** Then, Hank learns that his underling only bought one missile to use. The underling defends himself by pointing out that missiles are expensive and he was trying to keep to the budget.
*** By this point, Fuches' guys have clearly noticed them and are opening fire, prompting a frantic retreat to the car -- complete with abortive attempt to take the missile launcher with them. When driving off, Hank's underling seems to drive past every guy with a machine gun he can find. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the underling gets shot.
*** When running away from the car / men with guns shooting at him, Hank calls Fuches up and cravenly begs for a ceasefire. Along with Fuches we see Hank, from a distance, desperately weaving between bullets like he's in a ''Looney Tunes'' cartoon... until he falls off the edge of a clifftop. And better yet, ''he's still on the phone to Fuches'', meaning that we hear every cry and yelp of pain as he bounces down what is clearly a very steep drop.
* "wow":
** Barry's hilariously understated [[FamousLastWords final words]], which provide this episode's TitleDrop, notable for the fact that he sounds genuinely astonished (and somewhat proud) that Cousineau managed to get the jump on him.
---> '''Barry:''' Oh, wow.\
''[Cousineau immediately [[BoomHeadshot shoots Barry in the head]]]''
** Finally, the film depicting Barry's story, entitled ''The Mask Collector'', gets [[InUniverseFactoidFailure so much wrong about the events of the series]] that it's hard ''not'' to laugh.
*** Cousineau, portrayed here by Creator/MichaelCumpsty, is depicted as a stern, calculating, Bond-esque villain complete with [[EvilBrit British accent]] and KubrickStare.
*** Barry himself is depicted giving the "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow" monologue, with his actor barely changing his delivery between his BadBadActing and what's meant to be a soul-stirring performance.
----> '''Barry:''' I did what you told me, Mr. Cousineau. All that terrible stuff I told you? I used it, and it worked!\
''[Cousineau begins to walk away, then abruptly turns back and adds, almost as an afterthought:]''\
'''Cousineau:''' I'm so proud of you.
