* Rhea keeps giving drinks to Apollo during their date, while taking little herself. She probably planned for him to sleep soundly while she went out and killed Erlenmeyer. At the same time, her allegedly sleeping at Apollo's place would provide a convenient alibi for her.
** It also gave her the perfect opportunity to steal Apollo's bracelet, which conveniently goes "missing" the next day, when he could have used it to make certain of his client's innocence. This was "coincidentally" right after he mentions to her that the bracelet actually works outside the courtroom as well.
* Remember when Rhea said that a lot of problems could be solved by anagrams? Try to anagram "Rhea Wits". C'mon, try it! Can't figure it out? The anagram of "Rhea Wits" is "it was her".
* Rhea is a funeral director. As if she scripts funerals to happen.
* Why does Jake Marshall make a cameo in this case? As someone who tried to steal evidence to solve his brother's murder, he fits right in with Shawn Fisher, who broke his brother out of prison and Jessica Poole, who was determined to get Erlenmeyer convicted to get justice for the man who might have been her brother-in-law.

* A meta example. In ''[[VisualNovel/PhoenixWrightAceAttorneyDualDestinies Dual Destinies]]'', several characters, most notably [[AmoralAttorney Gaspen Payne and Aristotle Means]], paint [[GranolaGirl Juniper Woods]] as a BitchInSheepsClothing. While Juniper is a genuine NiceGirl, it should be noted she has some ShipTease with Apollo. And while the events of ''Turnabout Substitution'' are not canon to ''Dual Destinies'' for obvious reasons, these facts bring in the question: did the development team of ''Dual Destinies'' play ''Turnabout Substitution''?
